    Dr. you nailed it with this one. No one ever believes me when I tell them that I blew my lower back out by a sneeze. I was laid up in bed for a week before I could begin to crawl out and weeks more before I could move without being on crutches. Even to this day when a feel a sneeze coming I will bend over slightly and bend my knees to absorb the shock. Thanks for sharing the exercises.

    hi thanks for this very helpful video . I wouldnt call it a pain but there is a kind of feeling of being stretched beyond its capacity . so would you say it's a slipped disc or something else . I'm a very active 62 year old . I swim for about 45 min and do yoga and walking . its gets irritating to accept this pain . please advice
