I definitely have all the same thoughts as far as future and body insecurities. I think women have been so pressured to look a specific way to please other people which is an unfortunate thing... we can't just accept and be our best healthy self for us because society has put such bad ideas into our head. Mind you it's not just limited to women feeling this way, but we have been repressed since forever. I think it's important for women to stick together and changing the equality issue as far as equal pay, etc. Once we stand up for our worth together, we can change things. And perhaps it will create a healthier outlook on ourselves. We'll know our true worth. We just have to stop tearing each other down and start supporting each other as well as uniting on the issues.

Thank you for sharing all of this! I've been in quite a rut recently too. I'm about to turn 21 and I feel like I still have so much to figure out. I am extremely self critical and it hinders me from keeping motivated.. I've been a freelance photographer for 3 years now and I try to stay consistent but I find it really difficult to keep up with social media and avoid comparing myself with others. While I am grateful that everyone has the ability to put themselves out there and share pieces of their lives, I tend to find it kind of overwhelming and often feel the need to take a step back from it all. I also am interested in many other artistic things and I have an entrepreneurial spirit. Just trying to find the motivation and drive to do what I want to do and get it done! But you seem to be doing pretty well, and I agree with what you said about how everyone is always going to be figuring things out. We're constantly learning and changing! Thanks again for uploading this video, I hope there are more soon :)

ALSO very important: thank you for this video. I appreciate this little update venting session. Especially the body image section. I have a hard time as well and your viewpoint of not having to love your body really helped me and took some weight off my shoulders. It's important to be honest with yourself.
