DEFENSE BEWARE!!!
Follow along to learn how to set up your hitting/slapping station at home. Grab some duct tape and a yard stick to ensure that you won't be stepping out of the box from practicing without boundaries.
Throw down cones will assist you while training consistent footwork, so that you are muscle memorized when the season starts back up. (Comment below what states you have named your cones!) I must have subconsciously chosen Tennessee first because India Chiles with SlapperNation played a huge role in my progress over the years.
