Do you want to get faster without actually running? Grab some resistance loops and let’s GET FASTER!
8 Quick Twitch muscle exercises that you can do at home. Training these muscles will make you faster and more explosive! Beat out more infield hits, steal more bases, have more range on the infield, and track down more balls in the grass.
Work each of these drills 3X each leg for 30 seconds. As promised, NO RUNNING. This is the perfect workout for me since my foot is hurt and I had to take a couple weeks off of running.

Sometimes the fastest runners are the worst base runners. You don’t have to be the fastest kid on the team. Know what you are capable of and take advantage of the other team’s weaknesses 🥳

@@FartPower99 can you combine that with strength training? The problem of strength training is it might hamper your fast twitch fiber muscles

@@truthtruth9056 you can actually back squats they actually make you faster lifting heavy but small amount of reps like 90 percent of ur max 3 times for 3 sets another straight leg dead lift and front squats
Those arm drills on the IG is great. I’m not doing those pushups tho. Those are for you youngin’s.

I would recommend them. You can do all the drills without them, but the bands will add an extra level to your training.
