Skateboarding 1 Month After Getting Stem Cell Therapy! With Guest Dave Bachinsky

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

In December 2023, I received stem cell therapy in both my knees and intravenously through Dr. David Sales and his friends at BioStem Regenerative in Tijuana, Mexico. Since then, I've been getting fully back into skateboarding after a yearlong battle with a prolonged injury in my right knee in which the MRI found no torn ligaments. Prior to this, I've endured 3 longterm injuries in my left knee over the years, 2 of them requiring surgeries. This session was filmed exactly one month after getting my stem cells injected. If you're interested in getting stem cell therapy yourself, message me on Instagram or send me an email!
The stem cells I was given were Wharton's jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cells, one of the best types of stem cells you can get. I will be releasing a video soon featuring documentation of my stem cell therapy process.
Thank you all for your incredible amount of support and for helping me get this done!!!

Hope we can get back tail, blunts and impossible! As a medical student, I truly understand how bad those injuries can affect skate performance(and sometimes freaks me out while trying new tricks), but it’s so glad to see you recover. Hope you get fully back on track soon!

Got some of these on the list! And yes injuries definitely come with the territory (lol). At least you have the upper hand in knowing the risks and how to best treat yourself in case you do ever endure an injury. Thank you for the kind words as well! I’m so happy to be getting back into it finally.

Thank you! You couldn't be more right. That's the one thing that has helped me prevent further injuries and it's what helped my knee finally stop tweaking. If I don't strengthen those muscles I become so much more susceptible to injury.

Have you tried some kind of training program like ATG? i've been doing it for my knees for the past month and its been helping me out a ton with stability and taking impact

I've been doing exercises to strengthen the muscles around my knee, which has been vital for recovering from this injury, but what's ATG? I'd love to know more

@@toms_tutorials it’s knees over toes guy on Yt. He primarily focuses on building stability in your legs and knees. The goal is to strengthen smaller groups of muscles so you don’t need to deal with imbalances that can cause bigger issues later (like working on you dorsiflexion so you can take better impact without causing additional pain due to other muscle and joint groups that need to offset imbalances).

I skate an 8.25! And to be honest I've never been the best at holding 50-50's. My tall self has slammed so many times on them lol, but I can do them and I do believe I could teach them, just may need to work on them a little first...
