Sinead had a way of making you feel the feeling you never knew you had. She shun the light on them for us & was passionate about issues going on in the world.She was before her time & was just what was needed at the time. RIP Sinead. Go be with your boy & hopefully mend things with your mother too like you always wanted to. I always wished it was different for you. You never deserved the way you got treated by everyone that was supposed to love you in your life. 🕊🌹🕊

Still, it's the most beautiful version ever, in my opinion! Now, I know why. She used to sing this song to her mother. I believe in angels, and I want to believe their voices sound like this. She sings with such ease, like it's nothing to her, she's not even trying! True artist! I know that the sound of Sinead's voice operates on my sympathetic nervous system and releases a wash of epinephrine that causes my heart to race and the muscles on my hair follicles to contract, but it feels like I've just been kissed by the ghost of a woman who broke the heart I never had. Then the song ends, and I remember who I am again. ~ A Healer

This actually made my throat tight and made my eyes water. It seems as if she relates every single line to her own existence. Even if the song was supposed to describe the life of Eva Perón, there are certainly thousands of existences who would apply these deep impressions to themselves - and that is exactly what seemed to me to have an effect on our revered singer here at that moment (like everyone who has even one trace of her life story will roughly understand). Like a heavy burden on Sinead's mind, and every appeal - to whomever consciously or subconsciously directed - seemed to be expressed from the very depths of her heart.
