Boil potatoes 500 grams (3 medium-sized pieces).
30 grams of butter.
50ml. Milk.
1 egg.
1 teaspoon of salt.
150 grams of flour.
The dough should be soft and viscous.
Finely chop 1 onion.
Pour vegetable oil into a preheated pan.
Salt.
Fry the onion until transparent.
Grate 1 carrot.
Salt.
Roasted golden brown.
Mushrooms 500 grams.
Salt.

Картофель можно было просто размять, добавив в него масло, а сыр натереть прямо в пюре и не плавить, он расплавится при жарке котлет! Кстати, из картофельного теста хорошо хорошо сделать пирожки с жареной капустой, слегка обжарить до румяной корочки и подавать с подливой с шампиньонами!
Приготовление завораживает! Очень красиво! И наверное очень вкусно❤ Спасибо❤

ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНЫЕ (опытные, интересные) повара как правило показывают только начало процесса подготовки любого блюда - ГЛАВНОЕ это сам РЕЦЕПТ , но в данном случае блогер зарабатывает за счет продолжительности видео, поэтому тянет время ...Сейчас у зрителей к сожалению не хватает времени смотреть на телодвижения ( скорее всего кулинара любителя) .. поэтому НЕ стала смотреть до конца ....
