HI Rosamatia, you can you cheese and onion with your potatoes and make a cheese sauce with a can of condenced milk or butter to give it flavour. Also salt and pepper too. Also add vegetables. Usefull at dinnertime in the evenings now its getting colder. My cousin is in Pensuvyania also in the USA. He is married with 2 children. He is chef there and owns his own restaurant too. Hello from near Lansing Michigan! When reading your comment I thought about zucchini/other squash, chickpeas or other lentils. I also hardly ever fry anything. I don't have one myself but from what I have heard I bet you could use an air fryer for most of these yummy looking recipes! If they didn't come out as crunchy as you would like I bet it may add to lightly spray with a cooking spray. Those are just some thoughts I had. It has been snowing today here & I know it makes me wish I could still stand enough to cook and bake like I used to. Thank goodness for crockpots so I can add to soups or stews in steps and end up with a warm comfort food! Blessings to you!

I am from the uk, weather cold and wet, soon be spring, i really loved all the recipes, i live on my own, I'm 81, but love cooking, found i could not really keep up writing down your recipes, so I'm having to watch them over and over again. Eye sights not the best either. With potatoes you can make many simple dishes. You are just amazing lv Colin ❤️ ❤️

Thank you for the recipes! We can see the love that you put into each dish. I do have a question that you, or even one of your viewers could answer. I go to a lot of pot luck events, and this would be a great dish to bring. I'm wondering if this could be made in a slow cooker/crock pot, and if so, how long, high or low temp, you get the idea. Normally you frie round about 200°C, but over 170°C the risk of Acrylamid is very high. For your health you should take the lowest heat with frying effect. 😉
