7-8 potatoes
6-7 Eggs (depends on size)
1/2 onion
4 slices of ham
Cheddar cheese
Salt
olive oil

The Spanish name of this incredible delicious dish is Patatas a la Importancia! This recipe is really taking this potato dish to the next level in deliciousness. You can use any potatoes you want to make this dish! 🥰 🤗 😘
Ingredients:
3 medium sized potatoes
2 eggs
3 tbsp flour
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 yellow onion
1/2 tsp sweet smoked Spanish peppers
120ml / 1/2 cup white wine
1 tbsp corn starch
500ml / 2 cups vegetable broth
handful of fresh parsley
Season with salt and black pepper

2 potatoes
2 eggs
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp tomato sauce
Italian salami
Mozzarella cheese

Latke's Ingredients:
3 medium russet potatoes (about 1 pound/ 450g)
1 large onion
2 large eggs
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp kosher salt (or 1 tsp fine sea salt)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Olive oil for frying
Salad ingredients:
Sauce:
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3-5 gherkins, cut into thin coins
3 tbsp Capers
3 hard boiled eggs
4 tbsp chopped Parsley
4 tablespoons chopped tarragon (optional, if you love tarragon flavor)
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper

Для пиццы картофель чаще натераю на крупной терке, также поступаю с шампиньонами и всё обжариваю, вместо колбасы делаю с ветчиной, тоже очень вкусно получается. Попробуйте обязательно. Приятного Вам аппетита!
