In this exercise video Meredith will guide you through a very easy to follow stretching routine that will loosen up you muscles and body and leave you feeling refreshed!
Stretching is a great exercise that can help you through any daily activities. We don’t often think as stretching as a type of exercise but it real does add to your physical health especially if done daily. Stretching is also great to add at the end of your workouts because the body can tighten up during exercise due to repeated movements.
Stretching is a great way to stay loose and flexible. This routine is seated which makes movements easier on the joints and corners of our body that may have issues.
Remember to take a water break if you need it and only do movements that do not cause you pain or discomfort.

Thanks for this video, I was able to do it and enjoyed! I've several of your video's and saved for future! At 72 yrs old I regret not keeping up exercising! Arthritis and sciatica are not nice to have!!!!

Thank you I am so glad to workout. Finally starting to get out of this winter storm. WOW it got 13 degrees here in Houston,TX !! We also with sleet .Had one power outage and very very low water pressure. Really praying for those here still without power.

I really enjoy your seated yoga streches and your other 2 seated streches will you be bringing any more seated streaches out as they really help me to ride my pony and ride my bike which I tow my trailer with to take my saddle to my pony these streches really help I would love some more seated ones I canot get on the floor my arthritis and feeling giddy means I can't look forward to hearing from you

The learning level hand stretches are great to do too!
I"m loving your exercises! Been doing the resistance bands and salsa dance moves. One question - would these stretches be good for post workout as well as pre? Thanks
