In this learning level video Meredith guides you through some very helpful foot and ankle stretches to help with your mobility.
We are constantly on our feet everyday from walking, running, jogging to going up and down stairs. We rarely think of the use we get out of our feet until we start to have pain. Foot pain and lack of mobility in your feet and ankles can definitely cause problems especially if you are used to an active lifestyle.
Luckily, there are things we can do to help curb pain, keep our feet healthy and ready to go each day. In this video Meredith is going through some simple stretches and exercises both sitting and standing that you can do at home to help keep your feet in tip top shape no matter how active you may be.
Doing simple daily stretches and taking care of your feet can go a long way. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that causes pain or discomfort.

Meredith, again, thanks to you, I found a solution/guidance for a physical problem. 3 weeks ago, I twisted my left ankle, took a tumble and broke my right wrist. Now, I needed to find good and solid exercises for strengthening both my ankles. Thanks to your video I have something to work with. My feet feel revived after these exercises, especially the rolling ball underneath the foot one. I haven't been on a designated walk or hike today but I've racked up a big bunch of steps via gardening and general tidying and cleaning. 24236 to be precise at 906 pm - not planning on very many more tonight! Thank you for all of your wonderful workouts ❤️ PS - I've been trying to read your right foot tattoo - I'm intrigued - love the stars on your left one 🌟

I do not have an intermediate level for feet and ankles. Doing the intermediate workouts will have stretches that will help and gain strength in those areas. I hope this helps!

This was just EXCELLENT!! I have trouble with my feet but to do this complete strict felt wonderful. I will be add this to the stretching video that I do when I am finished the playground ball, dumbbells, resistance bands and cardio. I am feeling better and better each day. Thank you soooo much!

Keep up the stretches for ankles and feet...circles, pumps, etc. They will help in time.

Meredith love the foot and ankle stretches will do them after my routines, thank you. I have one question when the band is placed in the ankle is the heel off the ground or stays . I just couldn't see it well please let me know.

Hi Martha! These stretches are great to do! With the band under the arch of the foot, the heel stays glued to the floor as the foot pumps down and up. Enjoy!!
