I think this transaction is fine. The properties are valued at that price £77 mil. The club's value will lower now they aren't on the books anymore. If they sold the property anywhere else they'd get £77 mil. They have transferred ownership rights at market value to a different company even if that company has the same owners . What would be worse if they transferred the ownership for £0 as that is devaluing the club for free. If they ever come to sell the club, the club is now valued £77mill less and the company that owns the property is now valued £77 mil more.
They charged Everton because they (the PL) want them gone. Simple as that. Different rules for different clubs.

Why would they bring up some ting Real Madrid did something 10’years ago
presumably the holding co could gift the property at nil value back to the operating company, and then sell it back again, repeatedly year after year?

Steffan knows everyone business………including Chelsea 😂
Cheating on the pitch has now been equaled by the cheating off the pitch.
Still waiting for the part where they ‘clash’ 🙄
Guys you uploaded the wrong video. Can you upload the one where they clash please. No chance you lied just so people clicked so it must be the wrong video
Surly another person or body interfering in a ltd company is classed as shadow directing and that is illegal. When banks or other institutions tell you to dell an asset for example for them to benefit that is shadow directing and if you warn them about it they back off. Only an official receiver, insolvency practitioner can do this for the benefit of all creditors.
lazy preview, no talk of villa or opposition just whether emery will leave. zero effort by gabby or Brazil
150 mil more on the way with the sales of Maasten, Lukaku, Ziyech, Gallagher, Kepa, Sterling 🤣
I can barely work out my payslip every week how people deal with this week to week lol

Somewhere there is a football match being played. Remember that, Football?!

One man’s walked in and found more loop holes than a pair of p diddys jeans. Makes u wonder what the rest have been doing all these years.
On the last point about commercial rationale - every big company has its own real estate department for this reason. Tesco etc have a company that buy all the land and sell it as speciality , also Goldstein is more senior in that company than the main Chelsea one and he is a property specialist in London so they will get rationale . Stefan clutching at straws
if City were to get off with their charges will Simon say "clever accountancy"?
at what point did they "CLASH"
