The beautiful thing about blue locktite is you can remove it at will. 👍🏻

Not being an ass, but that thing didn't "work itself loose". You should check it periodically and tighten it. You do this more often than 2500 rounds. If not, one day, we might see a video about an optic worked itself loose and fell and is now broken.

My question is why wouldn’t you check the zero a little more often than 2500 rounds? My second question is why you didn’t tighten the optic screw mount when you cleaned the weapon? Or do you not clean the weapon?

Have a Romeo 5 and lost the retical. 2 years and in excellent shape other then that.

Thanks for the update. I just purchased one can't wait to zero it. Looks well made crisp dot and very light. Really like the Motac auto off and on. Oh yeah I removed the 4 mounting screws from the 1.41 co witness mount and added blue loctite.

It could be a few things , u said u remove the sight do u have it marked so u can return it to the exact spot on the rail that u sighted it in at and a 50 yard sight in isn’t good u need to do 36 yards/ 33meters. And are u shooting the same grain ammo as u did when u sighted in , if ur barrel is 1:9,1:8,1:7 they prefer different grains when ur looking for accuracy . There are a lot of factors that go into shooting tight groups I would start by ditching that steel case Bear ammo and upgrade to something a little easier on your extractor and something that shoots a little more consistent. I have an f stamp front sight on mine. Do you think think it will obstruct my view through it? I really like the Height of it.

Did anyone else notice that he adjusted it backwards. If you are shooting to the right you adjust the sight to the right to line up where the hits are. Re-shoot and the hits will be centered.

Stuffy nose?

Just got off the phone with sig....put on 7.5 pistol...great at 25yrds...can't even hit paper at 50yrds...moved it to a 16 inch AR...same shit...25yrds on...not even on paper at 50yrds...irons are dead on and so is the laser...sig said to zero at 50 yrds not 25...I more attempt tonight at dusk with the laser and bore sighter at 50 yrds...laser and bore sighter are dead on at 25..50 and 100...so it will be getting shipped back to sig if this final attempt fails....had a vortex strikefire and swapped it to both rifles while attempting to sight the romeo 5...took less than 10 minutes to sight in...really disappointed in the romeo5...
