Looks like it’s working, glad to hear you’re OK, I have used a red dot one time on somebody else’s gun, it worked pretty good at a cast and blast, in case people don’t know what that is, you have to throw tomahawks and knives shoot slingshots shotguns pistols rifles and Casts with fishing pole into a ring at so many yards, and whoever does it the best wins, my team won and I come in second overall, The tomahawks knifes slingshot pistols and the rifle with the red dot were all their weapons, the only thing we got to Bring was our shotguns

Again, another great video! Everything you said or didn't say was right on. It's no Aimpoint Pro but better than Eotech. You're shooting an SBR, sub zero temps, at targets at 100 yards with 4 inch grouping is not terrible it shows you do have talent! I own two R5's but they are running on a Sig 556 with a 16 inch 1/7 barrel and the other on a M1A SOCOM with 16.25 inch 1/10 barrel. I will say this if I am going into a combat situation where things will be tight and given the choice of the Sig Romeo5 or a Eotech, Sig Romeo5 hands down but would always tack on a magnifier just incase I needed to reach out and touch "something" at 100yds and beyond. Eotech makes great products but I never liked the Halo type reticle because it was too busy but it's a personal preference. Of course the Aimpoint remains King to me anyway. I have never tried the Holosun, what do you think is better R5 or Holosun from what I have learned they have similar specs like the autowake 2 MOA reticle?

Do you think the flash can makes much of a difference on the 10.5” barrel? I tried one on my carbine and I didn’t notice much of a difference, but then again I’ve never used a high quality compensator to compare it to. Great video!

I'd like to get one of those Holosuns so I wouldn't have to worry about battery life as much. I just use the little Bushnell TRS 25 on all my guns. Never had one fail me yet. Those things are only $45-$50 and I've never seen someone destroy one. My only complaint is that it's a 4 MOA dot. I'd like the 2 MOA better.
