The green cake in the top left is a cassata. You must try this italian speciality. Delicious! Very famous Sicilian dessert. Made with local ricotta. That’s why America doesn’t have it in the ho-ho section at Kroger ❤😂

What a great find, and a terrific location. Looks like it could be fixed up really nicely without a huge amount of work. I love the tile in the first floor kitchen - I wonder if it could be reused somewhere else in the house…

Yes, Houston is on latitude with Cairo. That was a surprise. The difference of course is the Mediterranean climate in Italy.❤

Phenomenal home, and I love the views. I enjoyed seeing the latitudinal line and you guys always give out lots of good information about all the facilities nearby. I’d love to be looking at Mount Etna, but I don’t know if I’d like to be living anywhere near it. Lol. Fantastic video. Great job.

Curious if the two of you are searching for a vacation home or are planning to move full time? I love how you have specific features you look for. When you find one that checks all the boxes, you will have to switch gears with the channel and take us along! How much time have the two of you spent in Italy and have you narrowed down a region? Hi Leona!!! Haha… “cute bidet” seems to be catching on… even our friends and family are saying it and they live in the states, with no bidets 🤣 We haven’t decided on full or part time yet. The main reason is because it would be tough to be so far from our family. The other tricky part is if we can get our dual citizenship moving along. It’s been challenging to say the least! Awwww… yay!!🥰 We would definitely like to continue the channel when we finally find a home in Italy. I’d imagine we would show properties too, if that still interests our subscribers. Whatever you guys want is what we’d do☺️ We have spent time in Italy separately, before we were married B toured Europe with a band and I have been there with my mom. Together, not as much as we’d like but we are trying to plan an another trip soon. A lot of new places to see now that we have been researching so much!! At the moment, we really like Piedmont and Abruzzo, but we still have so many regions, and then towns in those regions, to explore. Thank YOU for joining us!! We appreciate you😘✨

I'd keep the net on the terrace. The owners must have thought pigeons and possibly seaguls were enough of a problem to need it. When I first saw you drinking from a mug, I figured you had fallen down and broke your glass. 😂😅😂😅 It is a pretty decent place. I noticed that the wall to the ground floor bedroom is very thin, so it's probably a removeable partition wall. That is a pretty good price. I'd actually like to see places up along the coast of Liguria, around Genoa and southwest to Ventimiglia. That's closer to the rest of the continent and makes it more drivable. Ciao!

We figured birds were an issue… if permitted, we’d prefer the “usual” screen enclosure so the pretty views aren’t obstructed. 🤣🤣🤣 B showing off his new favorite mug!! @@wanderingwithwine we are obsessed by Tuscany but have been watching a lot of Abruzzo too. Its about the walk around lifestyle where you can do so much in your area. John was wondering if it is even possible to find anything in Amalfi - laugh right? For our budget!!! Its so pretty and you could say salute with Lemoncello? No? ;) Lazio and Campagna too... Can't decide! Cheers!

We get it, Tuscany is amazingly beautiful. We haven’t been to Abruzzo yet but it’s on our list… it also looks so gorgeous and people say the food is amazing. My ancestors are from there too❤️ A walkable town, with amenities and services, is definitely nice to have!! Amalfi is spectacular🤤 You might be able to find something, depending on property size and budget. There are so many amazing places in Italy, it’s truly hard to narrow it down. We still have lots of regions and towns to explore, it’s so much fun learning and wandering around✨🇮🇹

Did you guys know that the parrucche might come and style your hair at home? My italian friends in the south of Italy have ladies that make house calls. 😂. Not for a hair cut or messy stuff but for their weekly blow out yes.

Hi Wayne!! The two rooms on the upper floor with the vaulted ceilings and the room across from the kitchen downstairs would make up the three bedrooms. Depending on someone’s needs they could move things around. We would potentially make the room with the Juliet balcony the primary or the former kitchen could be turned into a bedroom. All depends on family size and needs. Personally, we would eventually add an en suite bathroom to the primary bedroom. With all that space, at that price point, there’s a lot of flexibility.
