Ciao Jaime & Biaggio! We've been unable to join your live stream the past two weeks as we've been pretty busy, but we love watching your newest episode later that evening with dinner or over the weekend because it gives us something to look forward to! :-) This last one was really great, hubby really loved the lake views and olive trees! Wow, the lake house is so beautiful. I’m close to retirement, so I think that requires a cash purchase. I’ve heard Italy and France don’t do loans much to foreigners (especially older people). Is that your understanding??

Thanks as always for highlighting another beautiful part of Italy! I'm surprised at how moderate the temps were there since it is not that far from Rome which can get VERY hot! I almost bought a house in Piedmont this week, but the inspection brought up some issues alas! The dream lives on!

I LOVE the main property - it's absolutely perfect IMO. Great location, spectacular views, massive HHT (it was definitely worth that salute) - what more could anyone want??! Though, it wouldn't be good for me, as I would never get anything done with those views - ha! 🤣The alfresco dining for the Jamie Wife looked great too - was that Arnie I heard? 😂I also loved the Rain Song - perfetto. So I've dreamt of this for a few years, but retirement is coming up and the $ will go a lot further in Italy than that US. Amazing spot, the terrace will pretty much sell that house. Terrace just a heavy beam gazebo with shade area, outdoor eating area and a hot tub! Then its utopia !

Hello you two. That 25,000 euro apartment in San Martino. I bought it. I saw it on a real estate KZread site then was looking up Abruzzo info and saw it on your site. SO COOL it's a one bedroom and that cute brick small room is storage and the attic is big can be made into another space. It's an amazingly clean town of 800 people. With wine trails next to the apartment. 20 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes to Chieti. Thanx for featuring it for some more photos.
