The only issue of Catania is the valcano. I walked from the valcano to the sea. It took me two days to walk. Great views.

Yes and there is always a danger that the airport might close for a while as has happened in the recent past.

As someone who lived in Sicily in Agnone Bagni, Taormina is very very very expensive because of how touristy it is but in my opinion Siracusa is just as beautiful but way cheaper. It's south of Catania.

If you want to make another video about Italy I would really recommend considering Bergamo. It has one of the highest yields in northern Italy and the population is going to increase in the coming years (according to United Nations). Particularly, I Would like to know what do you think about adjacent towns that could benefit from Bergamo's growth. Anyway, nice video as always!

Thank you so much VA. I actually really like Bergamo and I think it has the potential for more tourists. Another under rated city in Italy

The weather in Cefalu is less brutal than Taormina in summer so better for nordic people and easier to access the beach as it is more flat.As you said better go for the very top of the market as depopulation will increase in Sicily so there is a big risk of oversupply.

Agree Wind Co if you can go for the very top. If you decide to rent it will not be for locals but the Airbnb market.

Panarea Island is very small with less than 300 inhabitants. It may take a while for something to come up for sale

Giorgio, take a look at Lviv, Ukraine. You will be shocked with pretty places.
