I regret watching this video for all the best reasons. This house is absolutely STUNNING and is everything me and my partner want in a house in Italy. I just wish we had the funds ready to be able to jump on something like this. Maybe when we do there will be another gem like this! Love the videos.

This is absolutely the most STUNNING house for the money that I’ve seen on your channel. I’m dying! Because I want it!! And I can’t do it at the moment. It’s perfect, I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for showing us this gorgeous home. My dream is to get there one day. All of my family are Italian natives and still live there. I want a house like this so I can start painting again in a studio filled with light!

Fabulous, absolutely move-in ready. I'd leave that kitchen where it is because it can access that courtyard area, and you can dine al fresco. You could literally pass food through the window to your guests outside. As someone traumatized by American real estate overpricing, I'm absolutely stunned at the price.

The cellar area: Bar/wine room. TV, high top table, nice space for small get together. Keep the kitchen where it is. Make the giant room a living/dining room. I LOVE this property.

My mother’s family is from Raiano, I spent many summers in my grandmother’s house there, Vittorito is also known for its vineyards, once a year there’s a nice wine feast! Also, don’t miss the S. Venanzio valley with its hermitage built on a river. There’s also a very good (and expensive) wine made in th fields among Prezza e Raiano, it’s called Praesidium (the latin name of Prezza). So glad that Northern Europeans are finally discovering Abruzzo 😊

Seriously EU89K for all this newly renovated space which is 1 hr 43 min (157.1 km) from Rome??!! *SOLD* 😋 The rooms are huge and the flow is amazing. The two homes joined by that arch makes this townhouse even more of a good deal plus the town looks picturesque and pretty prosperous. Some happy buyer is going to snap this up quickly (colour me _envious_ 😉) Great tour Dave!

A bargain? European salaries are lower vs US and you have to learn about the other factors that lead to this price.

@@terriblepainter7675 I think a 3 bed home, which is modernised for such a price is a bargain. You would not find a home of that size and modern for such a low price anywhere in the UK. That includes the poorer areas with high unemployment.

I don’t know how close the other towns are, but this is a really good buy mean it is beautiful. I love that courtyard. The rooms are huge building has been updated and kept up. What a beautiful little village. The entrance is is fantastic. And yes I would use the entrance off the little alley with the big dipper doors. Oh my gosh and I can see you having a big party a big dance party in the basement I mean there’s so much you could be done beautiful flowers out in the courtyard I mean it’s a lovely thank you for sharing.

The kitchen is perfectly located to be able to pass dishes out to the courtyard in front. I wouldn't change a thing about that. I'd make the first small room downstairs a food pantry and kitchen storage, to be able to leave sundries rather than bringing everything up the stairs. The large room downstairs would be a gym and family room/lounge area, hopefully cooler in the summer time.

I’d love to make the smaller bedroom, the yet-to-be completed bathroom and the big bedroom at the end of the hall one large primary suite. Little bedroom becomes a walk-in closet. Have to figure out a new doorway into the first bedroom you showed and then you’d have a lovely huge primary suite.

such a lovely place, love the little white punto as well. Would love to drive around there and have a picnic with that Punto. Maybe even a romance could ensue.

Really is a stunning property! I would use that first floor room as an office and the far end room as another living space or storage. Would change out that old door for a window or something to bring in more light.
