É muito caro manter uma casa dessas numa regiao histórica e turistica da Italia ??? A estrutura dessa casa esta perfeita , esta faltando apenas as instalações básicas ( energia , água , gás e aquecimento ) para ficar em condições de moradia !!! Agradeço pelas informações !!!
