Though I like these presentations, a lot less repetitious wording and "just" so adjectives would enhance his reviews. Let the pictures speak to the viewer. Each viewer knows what his/ her needs are and too frequently repeating the same exclamations detracts.... just my humble opinion. A good summary that includes total space, beds, baths, kitchens would be helpful. Thanks for these good videos.

As far as Italy goes, this is a villa. It is a large home with a garden. It doesn't matter if it is in a city, in the country or by the sea. It is referred to as a villa.

We love this home. Even though we aren't allowed to buy in Italy we still watch your videos. Felicity and I are coming over next year to travel through Europe and we would love to catch up. Keep up the good work. Brian and Felicity Oxford. Tasmania, Australia.

I am online continually and still am amazed at how so many are so rude, brats, narcissistic gaslighters. I believe the seeming anonymity of this kind of communications format misguided them to believe they are entitled to criticize content creators. It baffles me still that the nasty bully emerges so often in so many. I can only imagine they have created so much personal loneliness around them. As they say in the American Southern states: " Well, bless their hearts". Dave, don't even give the grumpy toads any thought. You are a gifted influencer, sir. You are frankly the most informative and entertaining if all the many channels I watch. You are an intelligent gent, a sharp professional and you are obviously on track to be picked up by media outlets because the rare high quality of your earnest efforts are placing you there. this is a newer, more efficient house and i really love it. i love all the balconies. im an american, ive noticed a few things watching these videos. italians seem to hate being comfortable, they would rath sit on a hard kitchen chair all day than a sofa, not me. i will eat at the table in the kuchen, i will never use the dining table. no matter how new or how big the kitchen, there is never a real place for the refrigerator, it is always stuck in some remote akward corner. 3rd, no matter how big the bathroom is they will install the smallest shower they could find, no matter how akward the result looks.

I thoroughly enjoy your videos! Maybe it’s my New York’ness, but I wish they were a little more concise. 😳☹️

Could the current garage be sufficiently insulated and finished to be used as an enormous living room, or even living/dining room... or would that require any structural changes? With the lower floor being above grade at the back, my fantasy version of this property would be the ground and 2nd floors as one unit (mine), and the lower level as separate self-contained 1 bedroom apt for a dear friend to have their own space. If only I were 20+ years younger perhaps your terrific tours would not have to be just fantasy. Keep up the stunning work.

Unfortunately ALL of Europe has the law, maximum 90 days occupation within 180 days. So I couldn't live there all year. You couldn't leave a property like this unattended for three months.

Usually the kitchen is missing as the people take it with them. I have been watching videos for awhile and that what I have learned.

If you want a space to be done to your exact specifications, you need to do work anyway. Anywhere there’s move in ready will be done to the homeowners taste, not yours. People tend to forget that. You want move in ready? Fine. I hope you’re ok with white carpet, mdf cabinets and pink tile. That’s move in ready!

Empty is good if you want peace and quiet though. You can’t have peace and quiet in a large bustling city filled with of people.

Chapel of rest music? check. Disingenuous self-effacing waffle? check. Long introduction nothing to do with the property? check. it can only be.... A home in Italy. I've got to say thats a nice view, and at least the concrete house won't be on its last legs....

A house needs context. Thats what he is giving you with his long front. This charming little village could be a great place for my declining years. Slow pace, little crime, great views. That covered space on the back could be a great place to read.

I HAD TO STOP WATCHING THIS - THE ANNOYANCE OF THIS GUY GIVING HIS BIG 'TALK' ABOUT 'WHAT YOU COULD DO WITH THIS' WHEN IF YOU ARE A BUYER YOU JUST WANT TO LOOK AT THE PLACE & IMAGINE FOR YOURSELF WHAT THE POSSIBILITIES ARE - YOU DONT NEED TO BE INSTRUCTED !!! Most people have very little imagination. It can be good if someone discusses what could be done because no house is going to be perfect and done to your exact specifications. I’ve seen a lot of people complain of very specific things like layouts and bathrooms in windows and driveways and parking. The only way to get exactly what you want is to do work but most people don’t want to do that so if someone explains to them what could be done, it’ll hopefully make them think what could be done instead of being stuck in their ways.

Beautiful views but as far as the house goes, eh. Needs work that's for sure. Nothing spectacular. RE agents always oversell, that's their job. Someone buying from this video, unless they are handy, might be in for a surprise IMHO! Also, had to fast forward as the narrators' voice was irritating, just sayin'.
