I don’t have a present for you Tammie, but I would like to say that I feel each video I watch is like my own personal present from you! Your willingness to share your knowledge and experience is a gift not everyone would offer. I value all your comments but especially those about pantographs, as I am new to quilting. I laughed about your meat grinder. I have my mum’s and use it occasionally. Now I’ve got an idea for when I don’t need it for food prep anymore. Priceless!

I am 67 years old. I used that style of meat grinder for years growing up. As soon as I could see over the stove, my mom let me cook. We grew up on Giblet/gizzard stuffing. I'd cook the gizzards until they were soft then run them through the grinder. Stuffing was required for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

So many pretty quilts! I made a list of my UFOs and their various stages a few days ago. I'm going to try hard to just focus on them for a while before I start something new. We'll see how that goes for me. 😅 I have the Juniper Berries pattern and the Quilt Bee book. I love the music that you use. The moment I hear it, I know I am in for a treat of gorgeous quilts! The story of your mom making stockings as your family grew warmed my heart. My mom had a meat grinder like that and she made THE BEST ground beef sandwich spread using roast. Great repurpose idea, Tammie❣️ Forgive me if I comment more than once, I an only 12 min into the video.

I just found your channel this week and have been bingeing past videos. You are an amazing ambassador for quilt designers, makers, fabric and businesses associated with quilt making. Add to that your down-to-earth enthusiasm for all things quilting, family and faith is fabulous! I appreciate all the time and effort that goes into your videos--the photos of quilts that have already "gone home", the quilts you have in hand, the commentary and details in the description for quilt patterns, fabrics, notions, books, etc. is very much acknowledged as extraordinary! Thank you!

Your viewers are so generous! I love all the homemade gifts! I have also made those felt and sequined Christmas stockings for everyone in my family. I started with my first daughter. She was born in 1973. I have 4 kids and their spouses and 10 grands. I have also made a few for cousins for their kids so that’s a lot of stockings. But I enjoy making them and they enjoy receiving them. Then one year my 2 daughters made stockings for my husband and I so we have our own now.

Once again, I love every quilt pieced by your talented customers, Tammie and your quilting is superb! The one that really called to me, much to my surprise, was the pineapple quilt. Perhaps b/c I seem to be drawn to Jason Yenter fabrics. Thanks so much for including links when you can. That really helps! I also love the quilt that is over 20 years old. I am happy that Debbie #1 had it quilted. Thanks for suggesting to strip piece the 2 blocks using a muslin background. I might do that, I have fabric that is 20+ years that needs to be used. Dawn's Juniper Berries quilt also spoke to me with non traditional Christmas fabrics❣️ LOVE it. The Witch Quilt is wonderful and so fun! Again, every quilt shown today is sew special. I can see why you love long arming them...what a great job you have. Can't wait to see your plans for 2024.

Another video packed with inspiration and information. I made the Christmas tree quilt from the pattern Regal Pines by Chelsi that you quilted around September I think. It really turned out cute. I think my next project will be the nine patch you showed today. I have around 30 fat quarters that I bought from Craftsy years ago that are lights and darks and although not true reproduction fabrics fabrics I think it will be very pretty. Thanks for all the ideas because I really need to use up some of my fabrics. Thanks for all the work you put into these videos.

Tammie, I'm looking at the quilts beautified by your quilting. I live off of the far corner of western Europe. I made a quilt that I wanted for Christmas. Finding a long armer was hard as quilting isn't popular where I live. I found one trusted her with my quilt. She ruined my quilt. One section is all distorted, the quilting is coming apart a big pucker on the back and some of the squares are "pleated" . I should have straight-lined quilted it myself. Very expensive lesson learnt.

Hello Tammie -- I am on my second day of binge watching several of your videos. Your meat grinder also intrigued me. Does it have any markings on it? Specifically either "Universal" or "New Britain Conn". That was my hometown, which was called "hardware city" for many years until the 1970s. I've heard the original products made by our local manufacturers are found all over the country. (PS I live in Louisville KY now -- so we are almost neighbors!)

My Mom used to grind ring bologna and add pickle relish and mayo for sandwiches. I have one in good shape that I've used. I also have a ricer to make potatoes. Luv them both.
