i got a logitech lightspeed keyboard, i had to press the button with the pencil like icon with the book (left side of the sun icon for brightness) And after i turned that off Windows button+Shift+S worked again.

i panicked so bad when my shift key wasn't working 😂😂😂😂 omg, thank you so much for your help ❤❤❤❤

There's no way my shift key is broken. I only use the one on the left frequently, so the one on the right should work if the left one is damaged use to frequent use, but it doesn't work either. ...if it's firmware related does that mean I HAVE to replace it either way?

Me too,both shift keys don't work.With caplocks OFF the letter are still capitalizing, with capslock ON they go to small letter!!!

So let me get this straight in order to fix this I have to have successfully installed windows but I can't install windows because I can't bypass the requirement to connect to internet! Do you see the issue. How do I turn this crap off if I can't get into windows? I CANT DO ANYTHING THAT YOU SUGGESTED BECAUSE I CANT INSTALL THE GOD DAM OS!
