I had the same issue on my Acer Nitro 5 with Windows 11 that I bought in spring 2022, and even after disabling the setting in Windows for the Sticky key, it is always reactivated after a reboot. I finally found the issue, the issue is from the NitroSense application that you can start with the special |N| key on the keyboard on the laptop. In the config, there is a setting for the Sticky Key when enables it will reset the Windows setting on every reboot.

i have a nitro 5 also bought it in 2022 so you said the n key has a setting so i found the setting but do i turn it off or on then do i reboot

Okay I just fixed it I think I turned off and on sticky keys in the N key and it worked when i rebooted it
