The run options works for me a couple of weeks ago when my letter "n" suddenly stopped working. Then after my laptop updated its window again, the whole keyboard is not working. Looking for other steps from here to make it work again

Help me. How can i fix my laptop I upgrade my laptop ram then after i open it it boots up/repair mode Then some keys didn't work. I try to recheck and reinserts the connections but after that. Some keys become okay but the other keys which is okay becames bad. And there's a time that the whole keyboard didn't work. I need to able and disable the on screen keyboard before i use some keys of my laptop How can i fix it? It's motherboard? Keyboard? Connections or software.? Thanks,

Press hard "on" the trackpad or "close to" the trackpad, while pressing on the number or letter. This should help for a while. It is still not a final solution. I can't bring my Acer Nitro 5 back because of COVID-19 Corona! It`s not the first time I had problems with Acer. So there you have it.

Same issue for me too. Solution 2 works for me for few minutes. I think Cortana is the culprit here. Cortona comes back and issue starts again.

Finally i Found My own solution, Its a Pin Not the " password", you need to remember what is your microsoft pin is

You probably didn't insert the keyboard cable property when, otherwise the method in the videos don't work i also had the same problem

Yeah and we took it to where we bought it and the keyboard worked there but after they updated the keyboard it went broke again

If Number 6, the reset, does not fix the keyboard issue, then the problem is Acer hardware. Cheap crap anyway.
