Besides that though, if you're in combat for example, longer hair is not a good thing to have, as it could get caught on something or get grabbed by an enemy or something.

@@welkingunther5417 only 1-3 sm hairs can not be grabbed (easily), also the real reason soldiers are not allowed to have long hair is because it requires a lot of care which you dont have on the field, which can lead to some diseases, including pediculosis

IRL, even in history when we used to fight with swords and other melee weapons, if someone’s close enough to grab your hair, they’re close enough to stab you or otherwise take you out lol. head shaving/short hair has always mostly had other practical reasons, like care and not getting caught in helmets or just tradition

@@kiemugen9830 Also, helmets. Try getting a good seal on a pressure suit helmet with long hair. I know ponytails exist, but it honestly seems easier to keep a shorter cut.

I'm surprised this DIDN'T happened during the game. It was definitely strange how security was so loose after Cerberus attacked. You'd think security would be watching everyone and the people flying in cars would call and warn security that there are 2 people firing guns at on coming traffic.
