    河南是胡辣汤,跟酸辣汤不是一个东西,胡辣汤有牛羊骨汤底,里面有超过15种以上的药料,胡辣汤不飞鸡蛋,不放醋,不酸,醋按个人喜好盛到碗内另行添加。
