@@parrotshootist3004 There's a lot of conditioning we face from those external sources. They can make us think all sorts of negative things and put unrealistic expectations on ourselves. It helps me to remember that my thoughts aren't facts, including those I get when something outside of me, or perhaps a familiar returning thought that feels compelling makes me think I'm inadequate as I am. Nobody really tells you you aren't good enough based upon anything but their own expectations of others, and it'll be a warm day in the arctic should we ever coincidentally succeed at fulfilling everyone's expectations of people.

The Satanism mindset good luck with that one. Even Alistair Crowley understood that these people steal their ideology. Doubt comes from a lack of trust in God. Self doubt is natural and healthy, it stops you doing ridiculous things. These men just spout words without without wisdom, even Alan Watts (the new age sage) was a drunk and fornicator. I'm not judging these people but God will, and they'll be guilty of breaking Gods moral law, just like you. Without Gods forgiveness (through Christ) you're going down. Its that simple. I was a new ager for 8 years. It goes NOWHERE. It's a lesson of self frustration and self worship disguised as being at peace with 'the all'.

I'm trying to make her realise that she only needs to be herself and allow life to unfold just ahead of her. She is a sweet girl who is wracked by problems which don't necessarily exist in reality. It's my hope that she will understand that to be oneself is, very often, enough. Thank you for your YT content, George, I'm enjoying it greatly.

I've found three things that really helped with my confidence issues, in case she (or anyone reading this) is interested. First have her do a course of a Bach flower essence blend called Rescue Remedy for 120 days to clear any trauma (even old trauma) damage on an energetic level. Then if she still has issues, there are two flower essences taken together which can restore the specific energetic signatures for confidence she may be missing. (These signatures can even have been wiped in former lives, so the confidence-damaging experiences might not have been in this life). They are Larch and Gentian flower essences. For full rectification of a specific issue, a flower essence must be taken for 120 days (if she misses a day, just be sure there are 120 days total) and EVERYONE in the household must take them at the same time due to a shared morphogenetic field. Even the pets (put it in their water dishes). Anyone already having healthy esteem won't be affected by taking the remedy. Both Larch and Gentian assist with confidence issues, but to clear old trauma, it's wise to take Rescue Remedy first. Then see if she needs the others. To take flower essences, just put 9 drops of each into a glass of water and sip through the day for 120 days total. In month 3, the symptoms may come up again, but tell her to keep taking them, it's like the head of a pimple coming up and out (sorry to be gross, but it's the closest analogy). In month 4, she should reach a whole new level of functioning and integration. I've seen flower essences work extremely well for animals and for people (and they worked for me too). It's not a placebo effect when it works on animals. If those don't fix the issue, she might consider energy clearing and soul retrieval work by a skilled and experienced quantum healer - some of those women are astonishing, and they even work long distance. Confidence issues and feeling wracked by problems can be caused by a number of energy issues (again, which can be from past lives, not just earlier life) that can be solved really effectively by such clearing work - it's FAR faster than talk therapy, in my experience. If she decides to try energy healing, she might look into Bonnie Serratore's group healing sessions, which are as powerful as most healers' solo sessions but much cheaper. She is an amazingly gifted healer and a force of nature, LOL! Her site is Spiritual Acceleration. Kaayla Vedder is also good, but more expensive, as her sessions are solo. She is at kaaylavedder dot com. (Am presuming the lovely young man who put this video out doesn't do such work. I hope I'm not stepping on any toes here! If so, my apologies, sir!) Best wishes, Falcon

That's the underlying misunderstanding. As people already conceive themselves as nothing they try to make their environment the same in the same way that a drowning person will try to grab you and pull you under with him. It's the fear of being alone and isolated, as all the freedom we created also means that we are alone with our freedom. Until we deeply interconnect as a tribal community again, we won't see the light of our ancestors shining through the dark and guiding our way. We will remain children playing with our toys to distract ourselves from the loneliness and emptiness present in ourselves.

That’s amazing. In the Bible, when God told Moses that he would help free his people, Moses asked “if they ask, on who’s authority am I under? In the name of who am I freeing the Israelites?” And god said “tell them, that it is in the name of the Lord of I AM” and after that, of course you know about the parting of the Red Sea. Wether you believe in a single deity or not, god, or simply creation is all around you, it’s within you and everyone else you know. When you doubt yourself, you doubt the universe, and are ignoring all this amazing things that work together to sustain each other

@Aika Papa To add on, take computer programming for example. In programming there is something called a Pointer that points to an object. Then there is an abstract object that is Null, which is basically a non existent object. A Pointer pointing to Null will generate an error called Null Exception. Interestingly, just a side note, the computer machine language happens to be binary, i.e. 0's and 1's. This is just an analogy. However, analogy or not, no matter how many words we throw around, Tao is still Tao, neither increased nor decreased.

Hi Aaron!! I can so relate to what you're feeling. The day the lockdown began in India, I've been restless since. Restless because I couldn't decide what is the best investment of this time. Many people are learning new skills and it is pretty cool; however, where I am at in my journey, I feel like working ON myself, on removing perception bias and integrating shadows is THE best way because when there is NOTHING obstructing the FLOW, we are capable of accomplishing anything. Yet shadow work isn't something to be rushed and scheduled on a two-week calendar. Being compassionate with ourselves in this healing journey is important too, to not push too hard. I think our doubt stems from our walking a path that's increasingly dissimilar to what we had previously. To our journey to our SELVES.

Another Buddhist monk also told me that if I don't know where I'm going or if what I do is right, I should just keep going slowly like if I was looking at my feet. The answer will come to me later as flowers bloom in the Spring. I thought these words could be useful to you as well.

The New Message encourages us to trust the deeper mind inside ourselves, what the New Message calls 'Knowledge'. I've found in times of self doubt and confusion, if I come back to that place, if I evoke the word 'Knowledge' inside myself and the meaning that it has established inside me, I'm met with a great peace and a budding certainty. It has become an invaluable resource in meeting the challenges in my life.

I've just watched a couple of your videos before this one and it made me think again. "SLOW TRAVEL IN THE AGE OF SPEED". Just how much is lost in the quest for speed, and cutting-edge. What is the price of speed - we LIVE less, we DIE more. I'll let this marinate in my mind for some time before contemplating on what it means for me.

I always took one of the biggest lessons in life to be that nobody exactly knows what the right thing is, no matter how well they pretend they do. The only way to really know, is to listen to your soul, which will tell you sometimes, without words, that you're doing good. It's those moments of profound joy, of watching a hungry animal eat the food you left them, of seeing the faces of people you helped when they needed it, of seeing the joy when somebody else succeeds because of you, of seeing the relief when somebody thinks they failed but you can make them understand how to learn from it, of seeing somebody discover something they didn't know they needed. And infinitely more. In all these tiny moments, the world within you lets you know you're doing just fine, and that is enough to live a full and worthy life.

Yeah, I agree with the Shaman's advice but I also see what you're saying. To "just keep doing what you're doing" and "everything you do is the right thing to do" is definitely wonderful to live by, telling this to a person who is hurting others and inconsiderate to the world and others..."Oh! I can tell this person I wish to hangout tomorrow and meet at the park." Tomorrow comes, "I don't feel like hanging out anymore. I'll go about my day! I won't tell this person and that's fine, they'll show up to the park and I won't be there. But I come from goodness, and everything I do is right!" THAT'S the kind of mindset I've seen from people who follow this kind of advice, personally. Obviously not everyone. It is wonderful advice if you take it with a grain of salt. Maybe not quite doubting yourself is good, but spending time to take things into consideration?

@@Ekatoi yeah that is very true and I also see what you're saying! And of course everyone needs to have faith in themselves and not be continuously insicure about being "a wrong person" all the time, which paralize your whole being... but I still think the doubt of onelself is the source of all the answers, the truth, the growth and the road to be spiritually better. Of course striving to be perfect is just destroying and leades to no good... yeah you are very right, this advice must be taken with grain of salt

I had the same problem, i was always doubting my worth and constantly thinking about wheter I‘m good enough to be treated well by the world. Then I discovered Abraham Hicks and learned, that our worth is never doubted, that we couldn‘t be more worthy and loved. The thing I miss understood about life was that we are all completely free, and we create our reality with our thoughts. So, if your world is reflecting to you evidence of unworthyness, or things manifest that you dont like, it is because you created it so. As long as you keep thinking thoughts of self doubt, the world will reflect that back to you. The thing is, that we often don‘t see that we really CAN choose what we think. I was in a really bad place and in that moment i swore to myself: these bad thoughts don‘t help, so I‘m gonna try choosing other thoughts. I dwelled on thoughts that felt good and pleasurable, no matte on what subject. Everytime I caught myself in negative thinking I just took a deep breath and focused my mind on something else. And in a FEW days - i kid you not - my whole world started to shift. People started to treat me very nicely, and everything reflected my positive thoughts back to me. And I realised that its not hard to change my Focus. Its only when we give our power away that we think we‘re powerless and something outside of us is dictating if we are worthy or not. When we are the only ones to decide and are in complete control. We just missunderstand that the reality reflecting our negative thinking means that we are unworthy. It doesnt mean that. It just means we were thinking that way. We are so free, we can choose bondage! And we can choose a healthy, happy, abundant life. Its a process of relearning how to feel good & think positive thoughts. As children we all did it automatically, but the world told us to give out power away. Its actually much easier than you might think, to get it back. Even that‘s a part of your decision: if you think its gonna be easy, then it IS gonna be easy! Sorry for that long comment and I believe in all of you! May you create a healthy, happy and abundant life! You can start right now, by focusing on something that feels good to you, like fluffy puppies, fresh water or whatever makes you happy. I love you all :)!

When you let go of this foolish idea of self, you will explode into everything. We are not names, jobs, status. As you said, we are the expression of existence, of this cosmic intelligence. In this human form only experience life as it is. Seek nothing outside.

I really appreciate your videos, but I think they would be improved by featuring the people you interview more strongly. I don't want to be rude, but often they are wiser and have lived more than you. Interpreting what they say and putting it through the lense of a twenty year old (which I am too) is not an improvement in most cases, in my opinion. To summarize I think your videos would be better if your main focus was helping the people you interview convey their messages better. You are a cool person and all, but you interview some really profound thinkers and no twenty year old has experienced enough to be able to add significantly to what they have to say in terms of wisdom. It's a fact of life, as far as I can tell. And a good one, since it implies that with age comes spiritual and psychological growth. Of course your own point of view on all these topics is valuable too, but that is a different issue altogether. Many thanks for your work, which is awesome.

Yes George you are certainly on the right path. I just hope I get the chance to meet that Shaman, he is such a wonderful and wise man. The really great healers can read us like a book! That wisdom resides in us all provided we can become more in touch with our higher/true selves rather than be controlled by our ego mind. For most of my life I too lacked confidence and had problems interacting with people and then 10 years ago I discovered tai chi and qi gong. Once I started a path that helped me to heal a lifetime of trauma, and it can be physical or emotional, my life started to change. When I made qi gong an integral part of my life then change happened faster and now the progress is exponential! Finding my master and his school of teachers helped guide me but without my dogged determination and surrounding myself with positive information the change would not have happened! Then I stumbled on something called the Healing Cycle(from old Tai Chi notes I had): Step 1: All healing begins by working on the shoulders. Step 2: Then the breath relaxes. Step 3: Then the mind begins to relax Step 4: The way we interact with people changes Step 5: Then our good energy will begin to have an affect on those around us ... very much what the shaman alluded to in the video. I realised my transformation mirrored the Healing Cycle to a T. I am so thankful for my journey that I want to share this knowledge with all so they too can benefit like I have.
