@@lornwell3669 If you want an identifiable med cross then you can always spray paint one on. Not too hard. to answer your first question: no. Because of how it hangs from the rear plate bag it doesn't get in the way of anything. Its the same width as your plate carrier so it doesn't create any additional bulging on your back. It actually helps in a lot of ways because it can double as lumbar support. If you attach it to your belt then you can change around where it sits as well. If you attach it so that it sits on top of the belt then you get the additional lumbar support and can still use a rear mounted dump pouch at 6 o'clock. Love your content man, have a question for you: do you advise having a battle belt setup with plate carrier for home defense or should I just load up my plate carrier to grab one thing when SHTF. I only have a pistol so rifle mags are not an issue. Any advice helps thank you!

  • @tannerwhitmore445

It’s about realism, probs won’t have time to put that stuff on for home defense, for shtf, if there is no problem looking overt then why not have a battle belt it will make carrying painless and allow faster reloads for pistol than from a plate carrier so do both. I would for sure get a short 300 blackout, pcc (if worried about bare minimum over penetration), or a 10.3 5.56 ar for home defense

Not sure which he has, but there are a few out there. Blaze Defense has the “TACMAG”. TAG has the “MOLLE Magnetic Weapons Catch”. I’ve seen a couple others too. Might be able to fashion one out of something like a ten speed pouch and sewing a strong magnet from Amazon or something into it.
