This judge makes sure that all sides are heard. He also has to teach some of the defense lawyers common courtesy to have the discipline to respect others especially the witnesses. Mnisi is rude, supercilious and mocks witnesses and their qualifications. That is not professional

100%, some South African's are used to lazy judges who sleep through the case and take years to write the judgments because they were not doing their work and are now overwhelmed by their notes and court records. They dnt want a brilliant and a knowledgeable judge who asks the right questions to assist him to get to the correct verdict at the end.

❤❤❤❤ viva my Lord, I agree with u. If you compare this defense and that of Oscar you can see the lack of experience, money, research and preparation coming through very strongly here. Hence, people want to use the judge to hide incompetence and want him to shut up because he is exposing their favourites

He asked for it because of his impartiality, just because accuse noe killed someone in Alexander, does not meanhe is guilty of this crime, we don't say he did not but the judge must give the defence their chance to defend their cients to the best of their ability. We all want justice , but we are all baffled by the fact that the inkabis dont leave loose ends , first and foremost ,Longwe could have died first according to the si called witnesses. We want guilty beyond reasonable doubt, not guilty because he is a killet serving 35yrs for an unrelated case,

You also need to remember that the circumstances leading to the alleged gun are dodgy so they have every reason to discredit anything the state brings forth!

There is a learning in this case,It does not mean if the firearm does not have serial number it cannot be traced.Yes technology is very advance. ..

Dear Judge, you doing well my Lord 🎉. I continue to love you and your 🧠 4 days❤. You are right to ask clarity seeking questions. You are right to point out when the defense is not listening and all over the place with their defense. You are educating those who are teachable about preparing well as an advocate. They can only become sharper if they sit at your feet and learn, instead of vilifying and making unfounded accusations about your impartiality my Lord ❤. The idea that you should shut up and just write the judgment at the end of the case without closing all the gaps you have in your mind is ridiculous. Continue & Viva my Lord ❤❤
