What I have personally learned from this whole thing, is that we need to listen to our parents when they tell us something. Senzo was warned by his parents several times about this witch and murderer called Kelly. He thought his parents are old fashion. He left his beautiful wife- Mandisa for lo mthakathi owuKelly and what happened? Umthakathi owu Kelly killed him. Our parents will never be jealous of us. They always want the best and have more experience than us. So, asikhuzekeni singabantwana. Haayi, uSenzo wafela emanyaleni. The whole Kelly Khumalo family is a dirty family including the mother. That is why Kelly has been in the music industry for so long, but she cant build her mum a decent house. Lomuzi wakhona intshontshombe okwenzela khona ukungcola nje. This witness is circling around one answe... If you know you are not fully trained, then why are you the one to arrive first at the crime scene? Arg man he's wasting time.

Balance me here Mosia goes to hospital and found two police officers with a marked car, next thing they helped him to go to the crime scene. Found Kelly and 4 adults and 2 kids. So in essence he’s saying Kelly dropped Senzo at the hospital and drove back home? Cause I believe Mosia could have been given the address by those who had dropped Senzo at the hospital unless they were not there. I’m also asking myself why was the marked car at the hospital instead of the crime scene?

Mosia was called to go to the crime scene but he didn’t know where the address was and went to the Police station to find out where the address was as it would be easier and quicker for him to get to the scene instead of finding the address on his own. At the police station he was then advised to go to the hospital to find the police who had knowledge of the whereabouts of the crime scene to accompany him to the crime scene.

Mr Mosia shows the result of people acquiring their jobs just to escape unemployment instead of doing it to serve the country.

Who killed this Brigader? He died with a lot of stories to tell He got to the house but could not give his colleague the address....why....was he setting up the crime scene?

She would really have difficulties with me, her word order is not correct. She tries really hard to make you say what she believes. If she not satisfied with the answer Mr Mosia Gives she probs incorrectly, she also does not give the witness a proper chance to answer as he wills.

I don't think overall that Mr Mosia is a valuable witness to this case at all. The man is a forensic investigator (A Forensic Investigator is basically an Investigator that establishes evidence for litigation based on scientific methods) I don't think there is something in him that will help the case, as far as his presentation of the evidence he collected, am disappointed shem. But then again talking is not his strength thus hos not a lawyer but an investigator.

This witness told Teffo that the family was in the bedroom and that he never opened the room.Thats when Teffo told him that the family was not in the bedroom but at Chico Twala's place.

There was a question on why a certain room was not taken pictures off, Mosia said that is where he put the family/children. Now the question will be, "was the family placed in that room on the day of the crime or the following day?"

Bathong Mosia? He said he did find Kelly in the house. She & them were seated and the police officer was taking a statement, now when they ask him to be exact on what Kelly was doing uthi he's not sure? Must be crack!!!

I dont understand why the Advocate didnt then ask again, if he put the 7 people in the bedroom because it was at night, why then when the team which came to help him they found the house empty, where did the people had gone too!! That was supposed to dismiss him totally. She had momentum before lunch and she recovered well after lunch only to miss the punchline!!! If there were people sleeping or congregating in the bedroom, so there were people in the house.

Location of the bullet and estimation of where the bullet was shoot and directions of the bullet are 2 different things. Don't be confused my lady.

How I miss Adv Gerrie Nel and Mr Mangena; the ballistic expert. The way they handled that other famous murder case 🙌👌. It restored my faith in civil servants for a month or 2 😭😭😭 but my word, the Mosia type of civil servant is so unprepared, doesn't seem confident in his own version. So disappointing to watch 😕 😔 😑

Mosia represents the SAPS, which is suspected to be accomplices in defeating the ends of justice in this case, so yes, he is a suspect for a different count, or rather, a representative of suspects for a different count in this crime.

This docket they are dealing with is the original docket. The 2018 docket of Buthelezi is the one that was open when a new team was established and that lady recommended that the the 7 ppl in that house be arrested and he was remove from that case and his docket was not followed up n it was forgotten. She recommended that all be arrested and her strategy was let them be arrested for defeating the ends of justice n hoping that one of them will turn state witness and then sing like a bird n then they were going to get to the truth nut they removed her.
