I agree with you. Billy Downer agrees that he shared Zuma's medical records before deposition in court and that's criminal. If Helen Zille were to be treated like Zuma, the courts will rule in her favour because this act is criminal but not for Zuma. It's a shame but the ANC will be out of government in 2024 because of these shenanigans.

Thus Dali poopol mpfofu has no clue he has lost 62 cases in a row a world record

What a judge makes a month Mpofu as SC makes in a week. As far as I know thesw judges earn around 200k per month, Mpofu charges up to 50k a day.. if he has a busy week he'll make a judge's salary within one week.

The defense Counsel is fairly older than Mpofu and is not a judge.

How does anyone at this point take mpofu seriously… his win loss record suggests that he can only be hired by those that use state resources to fund pointless attacks… (mkwabs springs to mind here)

Zuma Attorneys make strong arguments but these courts tend to deviate from law and precedence when dealing with Zuma cases. I hope that at some point justice prevail. Zuma must please keep exposing these scrupulous judges. History will judge them severely.

@@KevinDavis-ix2jh Karryn Maughan received medical records of Zuma before court deposition and that's undisputed by Downer. The prosecutor shared his court records with a journalist and that's crime. It does not matter what type of sickness because if Helen Zille's medical records were shared with a journalist, the judges will certainly take her side. Crime should be treated as crime and never look at whether it's the hated Zuma or not. If the courts continue on this path, people will start undermining these partisan institutions. If anyone shares your medical records without your consent, that's criminal.

Mpofu does not choose who his opponents are, he has instruction to carry a d he does so as a professional. So does Tembeka, he also carries instruction and not going around choosing to go against Mpofu.

Advocate Ngcukaitobi only appears to be presenting facts because he's arguing for a favoured side. When Advocate Mpofu used to argue against Zuma, he was a darling of the courts until he changed sides. The day Ngcukaitobi represents someone against the DA or Ramaphosa, he will know that he is no genius of law but just represents the favoured side. The judiciary is just partisan and abuse their power over Zuma. Unfortunately, I have long accepted that Zuma will never win any case in the South African courts no matter how genuine the case may be.

Erm ok, this is premised on people not listening to how Mpofu argues the points of law. It’s been a while since I’ve heard a cogent argument from him. This whole case turns on a document that was part of the public record. I don’t think Mpofu cares about the law anymore. It’s just about money. Nothing to do with who the applicant is even though Zuma tends to bring vexatious claims.

He doesn't deny it. There should never be law for Zuma and then law for every one else. Crime is crime irrespective of who is prosecuting. In this case Zuma is on the right whether you hate him or like him, it shouldn't matter.

THE TIME ZUMA'S TEAM IS SPENDING ON APPEALS AND SO ON, COULD BE ENOUGH TO FINIL9ZE THIS TRIAL! NOTE THAT THERE IS NO MATERIAL ELEMENT TO BE ACCEPTED AS RELATED TO THE TRIAL PROCEEDINGS ITSELF. Among other reasons, Zuma has a team of defense attorneys is to prevent any successful prosecution against himself, and he is exercising that right within the provisions of administration of law. All court decisions are challengeable up to the last resort. Zuma's life and reputation are at stake, so he must fight by all means necessary.

Jàane indeed if the justice system fails to adhere to certain laws or implement them to the latter,how will the citizen follow suit and respect that... PAIA act as they say it shouldn't be violated but yet the head master of justice themselves are able to do the opposite. If is in line with ordinary citizens will they be arrested or charged for such? Private prosecution as a legal question at hand for of a years ... Is the matter difficult to respond to. Help us to understand and enjoy law.😂😂😂
