That's one advantage BJJ has, is it the best style for self-defense? Of course not! But it does allow you to go against your opponent who's resisting. Best styles combined are usually kali, simple boxing/muay Thai, and BJJ or Judo.

Angelo Theguide the knife technique to the throat is bad and in real Knife I’d use distance and kick. You’d also be surprised by the amount of people who shoot from a distance if they’re an untrained shooter and the twisting is correct

Because, in case you've ever fired with one you're going to see that someone that's not trained a lot on fireguns, picks up a gjn and shoots once his hand went towards the heaven. you have to take in consideration a lot of things like, the material of the grip, the recoil of the gun and the distance of the enemy. What I'm trying to say is that you never hold up a gun with 1 hand.

I honestly believe that women are tougher then men in many aspects, however men do have a physical advantage over women and sadly there are those "men" that abuse that strength and superimpose.
