Sega rally is probably my all time favourite racing game. Remember my uncle buying a Saturn and he got Sega rally & Alien Trilogy with it. We fired it up and put sega rally on first and my 14 year old self was blown away by the graphics sound and gameplay. I don’t think there’s been another time I was that impressed with where gaming was going other than playing resident evil on the ps1 because I loved my zombie movies. Alien Trilogy also holds a place in my gaming Heart haha. Been enjoying your show on Spotify lads. It’s like listening to two lads down the pub talking about the good old days of gaming. I was always a sega lad. Started with the Master System then MegaDrive, Saturn to Dreamcast. Was gutted when they said the Dreamcast was getting cancelled. Soul Calibur👌Epic game that. And Metropolis Street Racer. 👍 All the best lads and thanks for keeping the sega memories alive.

It's always nice to see online play with real hardware - I do have the NetLink adapter for the Saturn and the keyboard etc - just need to get a Sega Saturn now - always up for a challenge if you want to play the SEGA PC versions with TCP/IP network play

I spent so many hours playing this game 😅 on pc though. Never owned a Saturn I don’t even think I’ve ever seen one in the flesh.

What kind of Sega fan says "You can't have a discussion about Sega without mentioning Nintendo"? Or says Sega only has a legacy due to Nintendo? - Sega Lord X an American grifter who truly loves Nintendo.

I pretty sure he was referring to how history will remember Sega as a console maker, and sadly he's not wrong, to younger generations Sega is the company that you read about as Nintendo rival
