That Pandamonium Documentary is really drawing a lot of interest to SR. I hope it continues to do so and hopefully we can have a snowball effect that will lead to a new game. That documentary really highlighted why this game is so great (driving mechanics) and I think that spirit was slowly lost over subsequent sequels.

That was a fantastic run. I don't think I was ever able to drive that perfectly, but I did play Sega Rally to death back in the day and "beat" all of its gameplay modes. And now I'll have to practice again just to see if I can keep up. What a terrific videogame. PS: It was a pity to discover that Satriani did not play guitar leads on Sega Rally. I'm not sure where that rumor arose or how far back it goes.
