When Amy is leading a frontal assault in the chorus and her voice fades in the end giving way to Shauns backing harmony is just masterful and easily my favorite part of the song.

A woman used to sing this on karaoke night at Bray's Brew Pub in Naples, ME about 6 or 7 years ago and it was the BEST version I have ever heard. The DJ would do the male vocals and she'd do Amy's. So much talent for such a small town. Whoever she is she left a memory that will last a lifetime by slaying this song. 🖤🖤

To those who need to hear this: We have All been where you're at. We All know it sucks. Fuck the past, but keep the lessons learned. That's the trick. Your best days are always ahead of you. You are awesome and loved. Never forget that. Take it easy, you owe it to yourself.

A heart without love is a heart that will take a long time to mend. A life lived in pain and mental trauma, will almost always create a monster whose existence is only possible because the mind n soul are broken. The ones who are broken in the end will always love the deepest, care the most and when forced, Fight the hardest. But that soul will never feel wanted or needed until it is finally mended. I unfortunately am that soul out of many like myself.

Who remebers when Amy wasn't part of this song? Then, recalls when she joins the track a few months later?
