    I was CoCing when I was a teenager. Needless to say I am back to crushing after about a 8 year hiatus. Glad to see it become popularized. Grip strength is probably the most applicable and useful strength to train bar none.

    I love these grip strength videos! Hands down you guys are the best channel on here. In my opinion. I genuinely believe you are going to start a fitness movement that will bring being strong/fit and healthy into the mainstream! You are bridging the gap for people who are intimidated by body builders and showing that not only are you guys human but have the good kind of childish fun as well!

    I did some grip training here and there before, for martial arts and self defense mostly. I was really excited when I happened upon your grip strength vids actually, and they have inspired me to do even more grip related work. I was really excited to see others excited about strengthening their grip too. Each video on this topic gives me new things to think about, and that keeps me coming back to watch! Keep doing things!

    Juji you have to train for armwrestling, start doing static holds, cupping, pronation, supination. And try find a armwrestling club and do table time once a week

    i have started watching you about 3 months ago. it has motivated me to get into the gym. after having my GF and me break up and losing my job. setting new PR's in the gym been my new goal currently im at 500 on leg press for PR with 245deadlifts PR i weigh 165. only been training for a few months so hope to get higher numbers faster. i love the videos and the always positive attitude! as soon as i can afford some pants i will get some would love to support you!

    The first video I watched that popped up on KZread was 110 rock climber grips more than me. Now I'm watching everything on this channel. I love it. My 7 and 4 year old were running around the yard squeezing eggs 2 weeks ago, and I ordered a COC #1 from Amazon on Thursday. Thanks for the awesome, funny, and inspiring videos!

    You guys are awesome so glad I found this channel. I got crazy grip strength from my dad making me cut down acres of manzanita trees and bushes with just a pick axe and shovel, also digging out boulders and loading hay bails will do the trick as well. Every time I watch one of these videos it makes me want to find a cool gum like that.

    mat mul i always had good grip but yeah it has helped. My axle deadlift/plate walks/and isolation wrist curls have upped my game in ways I never even realised could be improved

    Juji has inspired me to start training grip. Bought a CoC 1 and can close it with my right hand. But my left hand is weak af. I can close it on a good day but usually I can't. And it hurt my hand to squeeze hard. But I figure the more I do it the better it'll feel.

    As always, awesome video!! I think I could even make some of those things. Also, just got a bottle of "Awake". Since I was an ammonia virgin, I of course had to test it out. I caught a slight whiff, and thought "Hey that's cool", and then timidly tried to smell it again. Nothing. So I moved just a little closer and sniffed. WHOOOOOOOO!!! HAHAHA... I yelled. There were tears, and snot. Lots of snot. Can't wait to test it lifting! Thanks man!!

    Juji what are the benefits you've found after all your grip strength training/adventures? I've been doing sets of Ironmind rubber bands and CoC for a year while I'm at my desk at work. Its good to get the blood pumping and wake me up on the slow days.

    I unload trucks at target and have for yrs. i wonder if that might give me some grip strength? im picking up boxes for 2 hr 5 days a week. i can feel it in my hand, they do feel strong lol. love all the videos!

    That wrist thing is like my old quick adjust dumbbells, they started wearing out and plates would fall out so when I did dumbbell rows I turned them upside down but due to their design they want to flip back over and my right hand always had trouble gripping it for reps!

    I'm learning so much from these grip gauntlet tutorials with different apparatuses . . love this shit! But wtf, I notice very little difference from rolling thunder to country crush... Where's Martin? Prob had enough of thus puny mortal shit and took off. . I'm going on record and say Odd is mad strong! Those lifts may seem odd, but not for Odd! :p
