Starting out I went looking for direction on form for some of the common exercises and it is amazing how few good sources there were and most of them were things like this. I know I pulled one exercises form from watching Brian Shaw and Eddie Hall doing reps and talking shit, wish I could remember what exercise that was.

"You'll get a big ass pump, or I'm wrong about everything" This is a believable line from someone. Especially since he explained the premise well and offered to eat being wrong if it didn't work. Also, I love the logic of chest, chest rest while doing triceps, then a combo where both are tired but the primary at least got some rest.
