Adductors were sore for 1 day. Hams were sore for 2 days. Quads were sore for 5 days. All this with just a 2 exercise leg workout that took just around 1 hour. No weird nonsense, no stupid and annoying short rest periods: just straight quality reps with a reasonable number of sets. Now THAT'S what I'm talking about!

Try using body weight box squats one of these times, pick a box you can barely sit on when you go ATG: when you go to fail on these you literally just sit there on the box - you can't go anywhere, you're just stuck like an insect on a glue trap... And as you sit there, the burn keeps getting worst until you straighten your legs out. 😅

For anyone struggling with SLDL, you just have to keep practicing and lock in the mind muscle connection. When you are sore, practice, you will feel it. Do sldl after ham curls, you will feel it more. Its like any other exercise when you start out. How many of you felt your biceps on lat pulldown first time? Triceps on bench? Back on squat?

When i saw the collaboration on IG i knew this will be amazing, and it was. It was Nice to see Dr. Mike reach failure also, take that Lyle. Hope you can make more of those because it's like seeing your both fathers meeting after a long time, even though i dont have any father. That turn out sad, but not like this video, it was hilarious keep it up

This is a great video, and great set of workouts. I gave this a go at the weights I can handle and I swear my hamstrings felt like they were vibrating by the time I was done.

Shout out to Mike…I’ve been training for almost 3 decades. Always natty and over the years tried multitude of training philosophies. Lately I was way overtraining and as I get older that was destroying my gains. Your videos have helped me make some great changes and improved my training. Thank you!!
