Check out these starter build kits from Shane at Moteck Machining and Cylinder Mowers. If you've got an existing machine with maybe a dodgy frame or catcher, you can start with a kit like this and then throw in any of the salvageable parts or buy new (rear rollers, handlebars, reel, housings, etc).
