Apparently newer fiberglass at least is biosoluble and just gets broken down by the lungs, the old stuff was a problem but the modern variety is fairly safe comparatively, still uncomfortable to get on ya but nowhere near as bad anymore

I kinda just spread out the work I don't ask help for in between feeling light headed, recovering, then getting back to it, feeling light headed again, repeat. *edit, the cause for the light headedness, and seizures, is epilepsy and the pain of moving or breathing. Loose ligaments and tendons that are stretchy, frequent bone slipping out of place, grinding and inflamming like arthritis, blah blah blah blah. Doctors assume Ehlars Danlos Syndrome but its uncertain as they cant find anything through testing, but can see the results on x-ray and MRI. Had to have a surgery to prevent death and prolong this...life.

Small life hack I’ve used for the rgb remotes: Take a small piece of Velcro and put one side onto the back of your monitor and put the other side of the Velcro onto the remote. Keep your remote on the back of your monitor until needed. If your rgb lights are already ok the back of your monitor then this works even better as the controller will be with the lights themselves
