Hello Sara My name is Stan Shapiro. I've written songs with the Beach Boys (Brian Wilson / Dennis wilson) for more than 50 years. This song means so much to me , Its Mine and My moms song ... She is my life my world my best friend . I'm 39 years old and my mama is my best friend and is going through pancreatic cancer since 2015 . its now 2022 and she still has the cancer and fights everyday . Her and I played this song and held each other hand and just sang to each other as we cried . I'm lucky every day i wake up and still have her with me . Life is so short . I cherish everyday with her . I could not ask more !!!! I love you mama

I would look into the facts before believing that. He successfully sued her and her lawyer for slander and has never admitted to cheating on her. Also the maid who he supposedly cheated with sued Sarah and won. The evidence has proved he didn’t cheat on her, probably the opposite.

A perfect song as a perfect tribute for the love I shared with my husband of 38 years. I lost him suddenly a month ago. This song is restoring. Thank you, Sara Evans, for singing it so beautifully and bringing memories and him back, even for just a little while.

This is my favorite song of all time, for about 20 years now. I had a sign custom made from it. She wrote this song for her kids and I completely feel the same way "I could not ask for more than this love you gave me cause it's all I've waited for." Having two little girls myself I can relate. I listen to this song every day. Often on repeat. i will never grow tired of this song.

My husband that just recently passed away in December saw Sara in concert years ago .. She has a very good voice and I will have to look up more of her music to remember some of these great songs!

This song means soooo very much to me as my husband and I had prayed so desperately to have a child and suffered a miscarriage. We were blessed with the opportunity to foster and with this brought a baby boy in 2018 that mom signed consent to adopt and we let the walls down and fell in love…he was indeed “all I waited for and I could not ask for more” until she changed her mind and then signed a second time and DCS refused it and his dad finally came forward. After being with us 2 1/2 years he was ripped away and sent to his dad. We were able to maintain minimal contact but he endured a great deal of trauma over the next 2 years which has broken our hearts -but by the grace of God we have him back again and after 7 months of waiting we are officially his legal guardians and he is safe back in our care and he KNOWS he never has to go back because he’s home!! ❤️🙏

So glad I found Sara's music, she's literally the only artist besides Anastacia I've listened to in months.

Sara Evans has an amazing voice, seriously. My son had such a crush on her when he was about 17 yrs old (somewhere around 1999 or so)and I took him to see her at Buck Owen's Crystal Palace back when we lived in Bakersfield, Ca. It was so sad cuz she told the audience that she was heartbroken at the news of her lil dog dying. I think she said her sister called her and told her what happened but it was just so sad. I can't help but think of that almost every time I hear one of her songs. Amazing voice on that woman tho!

I was not familiar this song from Sara Evans, but lyrics so embodied all that my wife was. She passed away on Christmas eve morning 2022, unexpectedly. I miss you so much Chrissy 4:05
