I think I've listened to just about every sleep sound vid on youtube and this is my most listened to, by far. Thanks and well done!
This sounds so good. I wish I had a 20 min mp3, so I could take it out to the car when I take a power nap at lunch. This is absolutely wonderful! It really puts you there.

MP3, that is
Thank you so much! Glad you like it ;:^)
I was in Palmira Syria during a sandstorm in 2008. Awesome!
At first I thought "well, this is boring". Not exactly a great sound for peaceful sleep. But then you get a mental picture of Peter O'Toole (from LAWRENCE OF ARABIA) struggling to reach out for that poor boy who is sinking into the desert sands until he disappears altogether. Horrifying. And very intriguing, to say the least. One of your best yet, IMO.

Are you still on here bro?
Lisa, I have had tinnitus ( ringing ears) for over half my life... 24/7 365. This has made having background sounds playing in order to get some sleep, as insomnia is the worst side effect of tinnitus.
The Lamb cracked me up 😂 I'm using this to fall asleep. Adventure Sleeping.
This is perfect! I'm reading a mystery series by Elizabeth Peters that takes place in Egypt in the early 1900s. The main characters are archeologists excavating pyramids and tombs, and these sound effects couldn't be more fitting. Thank you so much!
My favourite is The Dark Mansion too. Thank you Brad.
I could listen to this all day.
Two days ago, I did a search for "sandstorm" and I could not find anything to listen to. Today, I see that you uploaded a video about this. Amazing! Thanks a bunch.
I enjoy these too. I love the wind especially when its howling, thanks for the work Brad.
First time listening to sandstorm feel relaxed and hoping to get of to sleep soon ,sound quality is really good with just the right amount of voices and animal sounds thank you
This is one of my favorite recordings. The various sounds are interesting yet soothing.
this is my favorite one! i turn my fan on high, wrap up in a blanket and imagine there's a blizzard (not a sandstorm) going on outside my tent love it love it (ps also love the night train one) thx!

Thank you .It helps to sleep
I LOVE your videos!!! I listen to one every night when trying to go to sleep!
I dont know why the wind blow so powerful out in and throughout the Sahara , but it does.
You did it again Brad... well done.
Brad, great videos! Have you ever considered taking a road trip to exotic places like the desert/ect to hunt a storm? and while filming, let the listener take a virtual tour of the area among the storm in first person for a couple hours? would be so awesome

exotic meaning locations without any people around lol

My simple answer would be 'yes' . However, having to make a living precludes extensive travel. But my dream would be to exclusively travel around and get long static shots of exotic locations.
thank you so much... I try to add a little context to the content of nature sounds. This can stimulate visualization and , ergo, sleep.
I have found that saturating sound combined with audio that can be visualized is a powerful sleep inducer so yes, the purpose of some of my creations is to induce a mental image.
These are amazing
Thank you, another good one . I miss you ! Nobody does it better than you .
I have an 8 hour wind sound... this one will get an 8 hour treatment soon!

Tack it on the end of this one.
If you've ever been in a sandstorm you'll know why it's not relaxing. I was in one in Phoenix, Arizona and found out right AWAY why they wear turbans and cover their faces. It was the worst thing I ever felt. Tiny grains of sand in places I never thought it could go.
So much work went into this: again, beautiful.
Thanks... I tried to set a different kind of mood in that one. It was actually based on a suggestion from someone on youtube.
very diffrent to wat i normaly listen to on your channel but just as good :) great job brad keep it up...

Hi Lisa! When it comes to video I am at the mercy of whats in the public domain but yes the sounds are similar to the beginning of the Exorcist when that priest is looking at the relics.
