I just have to say, im a medical student and I get easily distracted. I've used this for my last 4 exams (so I can roughly say ive replayed this over 100 times already) and its awesome! Anyway, I am currently getting distracted again so Ill leave this here and get back to studying

thank god autumn is coming soon and i live next to the woods... in the meantime this is the closest one can get to enjoying the beautiful atmosphere. I really appreciate this video, keep up that amazing work of yours

I use to spend time up at a Sierra Club Lodge in the Lagunas outside San Diego. This is exactly how it used to sound. The wind was like waves flowing thru the trees. It was my sanctuary until it burned in a wildfire. I've never found anything to replace being out in the trees with the wind and the birds and other critters. Thank you!

Some of the best things In life are free ! One of my favorite sounds is leaves in the wind. I listen to this when I study and do home work. Some of the other videos sound more like running water than wind. You did a great job capturing the sound. Thanks for making this !

this helps me fall asleep easier cause i have trouble falling asleep,thx

i have ocd and when i close my eyes i rock like a tree side to side and this is the sound i pretend im hearing.. it makes everything else fade away.. so soothing

Brad McBride I still listen to this every day. Literally the best "wind" sounds I can find. Every other video is much too loud or sounds artificial.

Glad you like it... I took the time to make it change subtly for an hour so its not the same sound over and over

I'd like to thank KZread of stopping ads in the middle of these kinds of videos. It made them totally useless. I wrote to them earlier this year - as I'm sure many folks did- and so grateful to them to return and find that ads on relaxation videos have gone. Yay KZread!!!

Lee Paiva Individual channels have the choice to allow ads or not. I agree it defeats the purpose of a relaxation video to allow them as they are always louder than the video, but some people are all about the money.

This is remarkable. I love the additions of naturally occurring birds singing and dogs barking. I am very picky about my ambient sounds and you Brad McBride stand at the top of my list of favorites. Thanks for doing all the work and doing it with high quality. :)

Dear Brad, Thanks for sharing the fall scene with the cabin. It proves that peace is in the mind. Many people who were help captive in concentrations camps ( or Jail) survived by their ability to go to a place of peace...where I believe G-d is. At a few points I had to stop and see if the actual wind was picking up outside my own house. This is a perfect track for sleep or meditation on winter days when I can't get out to the real forest.

The natural sounds speak for themselves.

I always love wind a d rain sounds, since my grandma's and grandpa's farm in Salem, Or. in the 1950s. thank u

fall is da best season of them all. yet knowing all the cold seasons are the best for me (burn up like a snowman in the summer and sometimes spring)

I use all of your video's to help me sleep,as I have always had trouble sleeping in the past not anymore. Your videos are fantastic,love all of them,especially "It was a dark and stormy night" Thank you for sharing x

Thanks Brad. I like getting creative with your tracks and pairing them up with one another. My favorite combo is, Bridge and Cars / Rain / Campfire. If I close my eyes, I could swear I was a homeless guy living under an overpass.

Brad, honestly, you are a gift! This is truly beautiful (along with so many other videos you have made for us) I use this video along with the Montana Cello genius (or, so I call him) and I can finally sleep for a solid 4 hrs - That is amazing for me. b.t.w. i was in the Amazon last Jan. The best rain sounds i've heard was rain on a jungle house with a leaf roof .It gave the rain a soft ,natural sound . You could hear the wetness . Mixed in was the sound of the Amazon ,insects birds ,ect...

I remember looking out the beautiful huge A-Frame window at the explosion of colors.....family together eating, drinking, laughing it was such a happy loving time.

It would be nice if the live picture continued throughout the entire presentation.

Thanks. I must admit it gets a little frustrating dealing with KZread's computer 'matching'. Apparently, all wind sounds the same to their computer.

Love to go walking on cold, wet October nights and on the frosty moonlit nights of November.

I listen to this and open another tab to a crackling fire(place)...so relaxing...

FYI, I listen to occasional combinations of your tracks on as many as 3, but usually 2 open tabs... like the 'long night train' with an equal length rain track, for example. Or this one with a rain track AND the sailing track (if my laptop doesn't have a hissy-fit, THAT ones a sleep guaranty (~CB).

ahhh... thanks again brad!!! I had a rough time sleeping and tried rain videos and streams than I clicked on your channel and tried the wind one.. this one.. and 31 mins into it.. I was out!!! I wear ear buds so it's even better. you are a genius my friend!

Any chance of getting this in an 8-hour or longer version? And I would also like to thank you so much for what you do. I've been trolling the ambient sound sites for quite a while but now I can quit looking. :) Your videos are superior because they sound real as opposed to a computer-generated, repetitive loop. As a lifelong insomniac with tinnitus, trying to fall asleep was usually frustrating and stressful but not anymore thanks to your recordings. They work like a charm! Thanks again!

I love this! I have trouble sleeping quite often, and this knocks me right out. Sometimes I just listen to it to unwind after a stressful day. There are a few others that I like too (like your winter winds), but this is definitely my favorite.

+WolfiePlays As a chronic insomniac with tinnitus that act of falling asleep has always been difficult but I have found that visualizing helps me tremendously.

I enjoyed every moment of it!

Try using your mind's eye to visualize the scene. We 'imagine' and we 'dream' in the same area of our big human brain - the secondary visual cortex.
