We have kits for the `24 300XCW (and other `24 models) in stock in orange, black and blue on this page >>> slavensracing.com/shop/high-performance-coolant-hose-kit-for-ktm-by-samcosport/. The `24s are on the top of the drop-down list. We will be working on improving those pages to make it easier to find. They are not listed on the "bypass hose kit" page because there is no thermostat to bypass, therefore they are on the replacement hose page.

Hi, I had a puncture on the left side. I will make my own hose, do you know what is the inner diameter of both end for the left side radiator hose.

Stock hoses are made in Taiwan. First thing I will change on my 2024 300 XCW Hardenduro that I have on order. I have the Samco Hose Kit already that I bought from Slavens Racing along with other goodies. Waiting for the bike to arrive.

do they have samco sets for duke390 v2

Jeff, with the clamps going around the temp sensor tube, what did you end up doing? I just installed this kit on my 2024 TX300 and got the clamp kit. The clamps are too wide to fall in the recesses of the tube. Thanks!

Hello: I used Oetiker crimp style clamps like they come with from KTM. Sorry, I don't remember the size.

@@slaverace1 thanks for the response! I ended up using the stock clamps from the t piece to the head port. A bit disappointed that the clamps didn’t work here. Cheers

@@paulgeorgelas383 Paul: The clamps you received do actually work. They just don't fit in the recess like you prefer. I also prefer they fit within the recessed area but the Samco clamps do the job.

Jeff, We race the 2023 TBI bike and have had the plastic Tee pc. inside the frame crack and leak. We have other friends that have had these crack as well. What do you think of the Samco Tee part to replace these on the 2 stroke TBI bikes? I think I heard the stock spigot has a thermostat built into it, but the Samco does not. Do you think this will be a problem? Thank you

The Samco slavensracing.com/page/1/?s=samco&post_type=product T-piece works well and is very popular. The thermostat is not in the T-piece and I prefer to remove the thermostat and run the Samco bypass kit.

Where can I get the samco radiator hose clamps they didn’t come in the samco hose kit for the 23 300xc?
