I first discovered him as a young teen through an Anchorage PBS station showing his videos. I feel really grateful that this was my intro to yoga and I was able to attend his classes in person for a few months in my twenties.

Emm. It cut off abruptly with no ending chant or meditation, and started playing another video in my playlist. (My eyes were closed and I was surprised when I heard another female yogi at a considerably higher volume - ha.) This was lovely, though. Not too vigorous. Soothing. Thank you very much for this practice, Dudi and Nirvair. Sat nam.

Let's see the good in the practice and not get too shook over him. He's good and dead anyway. Let's move forward.

@@catherineshaw1122. No ma’am, kundalini mythology gives us seven chakras plus the serpent with its three and a half coils. I think that these coils refer to the three potential vertebral spirals (lumbar, thoracic and cervical), and the half coil to the limited-motion pelvis. I haven’t seen in KZread any so-called kundalini video that teaches spirals. This should be odd to everyone, isn’t it to you? With all due respect, ma’am. Nice day.

Ghandi was abusive to his family. And still he brought change to a nation.
