What's the function of small ball like projection at the front side of the carburettor? (The side facing to the intake manifold hose)

Good question.. you've noticed it but missed few things. Check out, it is at several places on the carburettor. Find them where they are, you'll find the answer to why they are 🚀.😉

@@MotoTravelRide I tried to search on internet about it since i am in Canada now I couldn't check on my bike physically. I found them near petrol inlet pipe on carb, near the hole where pilot jet fits in, on the filter side tunnel where 2-3 holes lead to float bowl and then last on the choke body....i think they are just the part of brass housing bulging out looking like a ball but they are essentially the internal passages of brass materials embedded in the aluminium casting material on carburettor body....please correct me if wrong 🙂

@@vaibhavpatil86 ohh okay, you're almost there 😀. those plugs are used to seal the drilled holes from outside . It's a kind of plug. Wherever there is this plug ,we find a passage right in front of it on the inner side , or at some critical angle which can be only accessed by these holes. Once you get carb in hand you can observe more carefully, it's even on the autolube pump, big chrome ball.

@@MotoTravelRide Thanks a lot brother...main soch soch ke and videos dekh dekh ke thak gaya tha ki what are those balls like thing...and yes there is big crome ball on 2T oil pump next to bleeding screw on it. Now my doubts are cleared about it 😊.... will definitely grab the spare carb of my RX once i am back home to do careful observations.

Thanks for your suggestion, sir I found a mikarb but sir it is Rx100 carb and the sellar is saying that the fitting is same . Please help me in this regard.

Rxg/rx135 have same carbs. Only difference is of the choke levr 01 has- pull type choke( as in rx100) 10has - wire choke.

Thanks for replying, in Hindi review you told that idling screw of both rx100 and 135 are same that's why l asked whether its possible to use rx100 idle screw in rxg.

Hey..just re-read your thread. It was air screw in my mind, as usually people ask regarding swapping them. Sorry for that You can use 100 ideling screw on rx135.. or even rxg on 135. All are swappable( as said in video).

Dear Sir, I have dismantled the Rx135 4speed curburretor as per your instruction. After cleaning and replacing of O rings I have re assembled the curburretor. Now, I could not adjust the air & fuel setting to idle speed. Kindly help us by providing an another valuable video on setting up of Rx 135 curburretor.

You can it done with heat resistant paint.. . Buffing is also good 👍 I'll try to make a detail on this.

Sir My bike rx100 Top speed is only 90 km I changed clutch and steel plates. Carburator . Same problem remains New chain set of rxg I heard a stock rx100 can reach 100 to 110 speed I changed sproket from rxg 37teeth :-(Still same speed Please reply me solution For that.i use stock exhaust and flute I used 18 inch wheel to check top speed but no difference same 90km

Use rx100 chain sproket 39 ×15, . Tune carburetor properly.also inspect the reed valve. You'll get 100-110.

sir i have a problem in my rx 100 my bike sounds bad on low rpm and everything sounds good on high rpm everyone is misguiding me anyone saying its clutch bell problem anyone saying piston anyone saying crank
