  Thanks... Sahi baat hai mechanic ko smjh nahi nahi ati,. Isme atitude ki koi bat nahi hai, bahot log southern part of of India se bhi hn jinko Hindi nahi smjh aati hai,that's why later I made video in both languages so that sab ke kaam me aaye ye.

  SETTING THE IGNITION TIMING - FACTORY 1. Remove spark plug, insert gauge indicator thread M14x1.25 2. Find TDC( on the mangneto side crank shaft is a pin instead of keyway), with a marker pen draw a straight line and DOT on the CAM nut to indicate TDC. Rotate the crank shaft clockwise( direction of rotation of the running engine )[RIGHT] 3. At TDC, set the contact breaker points gap(by means of adjusting screw) between 0.3 and 0.4mm using a feeler gauge. 4. Very important - by rotating the crankshaft counter clock wise( Opposite direction of running engine)[ LEFT ] bring the piston down by 2.5 to 4 mm ( this can be recorded on the special gauge screwed on to the spark plug hole.) 5. Check again in this position the contact breaker point gap which should not exceed 0.05 mm, use feeler gauge or a piece of cigarette paper both of which should be sliding fit. 6. Should the gap be smaller or larger, slacken the two bolts securing the STATOR complete to the crank case and restore the correct gap, that is 0.05 mm by rotating the complete STATOR to the LEFT (making the gap larger) or to the RIGHT (making the gap smaller) 7. After setting Re-tighten the stator bolts. Warning: The contact breaker base plate should "never" be slackened or rotated in order to set the contact breaker gap. It's position should never be altered under any circumstances.

  Sir ,there remains a oilseal . Which might have gone hardened or cut .you'll have to open and check the shaft as well as the seal before coming to conclusion .

  @@not_building_the_ark hey!!! check out the endurance Ones. Prices of every parts has gone up a lot .but still the endurance one will be cheaper than the Yamaha packed ones. . Evn you can get it repaired.,I have seen that too last for 1-2year easily

  I have a doubt, please. Can you share if turning the big long oil pump adjuster nut on the cable anti-clockwise increases or decreases oil flow? Since you've mentioned in the video oil flow can be adjusted from the cable itself, wanted to know which turning it which direction increases and decreases oil flow. Thank you.

  Thank you for sharing this information note, well a question is there alot different between RX 135cc, like normal RX 135cc , RXG 135 , RXZ 4speed, RXZ 5speed if supposed I need need the correct and original parts to fixed and built original RX 135cc among all these different gear ratios from clutch bell primary wheel drive gearbox to have alot pickup TORQUE speed and power which can make a top speed 160 to 190 and has 22 to 30 bhp , without doing any port a little oversize piston and good CARBURETOR a good ignition system magnet coil all the best for RX 135cc and RXG 135cc ,good in load pickup and cover 10000 thousand kilometres,

  It's hard to get original new one, and Delhi wala maal has not come so far for a 5s carburettor. Go for a used one in better condition.. Thank you sir ji

  Nice information sir.Today I try to take off the clutch bell of my RX 100 bike. I taken all nut bolt related to clutch bell. I also using clutch bell holder spanner to open the main housing holding nut. But the clutch bell can't get out of the casing. What is the problem behind it?? I not losen the primary gear ⚙.

  Primary gear doesn't hold the bell.. I'm surprised why it is not coming out.. Sorry 4 the late response .. could your figure out the solution to it???

  Hello sir. My problem is solved. It's just stucked on shaft. Beacuse my bike is newly restored few month back and I installed the JAPAN made brand new clutch bell assembly in my bike. And after restoring this is the first time I opened the RH cover at home to change the smaller one clutch rod. And I wnat to reset the clutch plate and pressure plate as you mentioned in your one of your you tube vedio. For that porouse I open it. But secondary driven gear assembly stuck at perticular point on gear shaft 😅. I try to pull it by hand but it can't get it out. So one of my RX mechanic friend says that use Wd40 spray and just tap it by rubber hammer it Wil come out 👍. After spraying wd40 and wait for 5min I again try to pull itby hand. and that time it comes out perfectly 👌. Afetr completing all work the bike now is at next levle 👌. Clutch working is 100%. I feel full pikup and torque of the bike by changing the pressure plate arrengment as you mentioned in your vedios I also installed the power box in my 1986 model RX 100 Y-2 cylinder kit and mikuni Corp 36L00 Japan carburetor. At this moment bikes goes beyond 100km speedometer only one service is done. Mechanic says after 3rd one bike engine completely run freely and you realize the real RX power, pikup, torque. lets see what happens to next. Thanks for that pressure plate rearemgemnt vedio 💯 👌 👍 .   Chote seal me,Jo jada deep groove hai wo andar ke tarf jaega. opposite side se koi matlab nahi hai ,uska koi role nahi hota hai

  Hello , i am facing issues of slider stuck in carburettor. What can be the reasons. Please give me some solution for the same. Also the wire is perfectly fine. Even after i insert the slider without the wire, the slider is at times getting stuck in the carburettor of rx 100

  Hi... See in this case there can be 2 things. Either the slider is of incorrect number(size) or it is damaged\badly scratched.. or the body where the sikder moves is damaged internally.

  Top pressure plate is different for 100 and 135... 100's have no cuts whereas 135's have grooves for final clutch plate.

  Yes,right!! that's centre plate ,which is different for both 100 and 135.
