Hello 2strokers and RX lovers, here is another detailed video related to carburetor . No more confusion !!!
This is very first part of the carburetor series video, Stay tuned for more videos.
Rx100 and Rx135 both the carburetors which look same have a lot of differences and every detail is address in this video.
Hopefully you'll never need to consider referring to another thing for the same carburetors.
The one in rx 135 is from mikuni model number VM22
and the other in Rx100 is from Mikuni model number VM20

Hello brother. Hope your safe in this pandemic I wanted to ask.. can i swap carbs from 135 to rx100 and vice versa.. would it harm both engines if swapped along with jets?

Brother, regarding the rx100 nozzle, I saw a video by another KZreadr where he said that the 2 holes on the nozzle should face the manifold and the 3 holes would inturn face the air intake side. Is that true?

Nicely explained...covered all well.. atomiser removal first time I am seeing it....how it can affect in high rpm..is there any other circuit for this

It affects mostly on high and mid Rpms if choked- Erratic behaviour and T-response.. Approx 30-100% throttle works via this circuit Thank you for appreciating the work, do check the disassembly video once for a more clear picture of its removal.

Rx100 mai rx135 ka carburetor chalega plZ reply. Khuch prob hoga
While assembling the atomiser, how do we consider the direction / orientation of those small pin holes? Does it make a difference if assembled at any orientation? Next also what should be the maximum float play? I saw another video which says is 21mm Max for RX 100. Could you clarify these 2 points please?... as I have distributed the float's brass tongue which controls the petrol valve pin. Thank you in advance!

Hey!! Atomizer, directions isn't important. No orientation rule . Float play- Standard height is of 21mm and this standard considers everything new ( new pin, a new float). But over period of time the valve pin stud gets worn out,which causes reduction in standard by few mm. So we consider is 19-22mm in measurement.. that's why it take few extra attempts to make it perfect.

Nahi bhai.. rx135 me 100 ka set nahi hoga. Ek aur model carburetor hai, rxg wali.uska choke set hojaega 135 me. . Rxg ka choke rx100 jaisa hi hota hai,bina wire wala.

No you cannot directly fit it.. You'll have to change the connecting Rod as well to fit 135 barrel on 100

Ohh okay... These are aluminium body, if the thread is gone ( worn-out) just use a little oversize screw it will be set.

4Tl00 is kind of a model number by which we can identify the respective carburetor belongs tk which bike. . 4tl00 is for rx135 + made in Japan is very nice carburetor

Use Kr skty hn, Bike chalegi. Nuksan- less pickup, bore aur piston jaldi khrab hoga, top speed km hojaega Faeda- mileage accha rhega. Short time ke liye use kre, jab 135 carburetor mil jae to change kr lena best hai

Hello... 1)- 2T supply km kr dena hai 2) fine chisel ( cheni) aur hammer se tap kr ke khul jaega..khulne ke bad khrab screw replace kr dena hai.. Ya for wd40 spray krne se khul jaega
