I mainly remember this guy for ending the last podcast with something along the lines of “fuck people who wear socks with sandals” hilarious

I’ve followed Chavez for many years now but lately he’s developed such a habit of answering a question without actually answering it and even less so with something helpful to the listener.

Christian Thibadeau expanded on Charles Poliquins neurotyping in regards to training and helped me understand what you guys touched on in this podcast briefly. People have different neurotypes and for the sake of oversimplifying it we can just say personalities and he made good sense of training in regard to who you are in that context. Kind of like Einstein pointing out that anybody can pretty much get better at anything but you will excel the best at what you're naturally inclined to be good at.

Is TRT considered for the purpouse of Broderick's vision of training a natural or enchanced?

Chavez hates naturals with a passion, Id doubt he would happily associate any form of exogenous hormonal use with "being natural".

Broderick = 3mgs/kg testosterone cycle builder. Imagine a pro using 400mgs test week, when in reality they use 4-7 grams week, plus grams of anabolics and peptides. 🙄 Don’t listen to Broderick.

@@ChalkandIron Sure is. 3mgs/kg testosterone dosage round up to the nearest 100mgs. So thats 300-450mgs test week for 95% of people. 15-20mgs/kg of total steroids week. A whopping 2500mgs total steroids week for Mr O competitors. When concerning testosterone alone they all use minimum 4 grams test week as their base. Good ole’ B Chavez will make you Mr YMCA in your home town if you’re lucky. 🙄
