    Brilliant, I would add Put the J cups one rung lower than you think it should be. Always seeing beginners up on their tiptoes

    nah im bringing my leather bound ledger book and Zebra F701 pen with the page keeper. And i will open to the exact page when i need to, and note bad sets or form adjustments. Non-negotionable lol
